We all like our share of conspiracy theories, but calling punjabi taliban being a langley operation is an insult to the 100 million punjabies. Langley wont know what to do with a herd of 10 thousand sheep let alone create the punjabi mindset. If god was given a second chance, I doubt he would be able to mess it up that bad second time around. So please, yes we love our conspiracy theories, but withen reason. You can add a few bits of time travel and space travel on horse (barak) to spice it up but dont stretch it beyond that.
Congratulations Baygham; just the predictable response I would expect from the mentally colonized; you serve your zoo handlers well.

That's quite a large leap; everyone else is a conspiracy theorist but you; A technocratically savvy Institution of a wealthy Capitalist Imperialist Nation well known for it's geopolitical machinations and ventures all over the world, in South America, Eastern Europe, South East Asia who have well documented evidence of funding, training, having chief operatives directing over the ISI, being involved in ISI operations is a "conspiracy theory". The reality is Third World Punjabis outwitted them and they simply has no idea what their creation was doing. the CIA were innocent victims here of course.

But of course, in the world of the mentally colonized, Aimal Kasi just killed low level office workers; even though the U.S. Media themselves called then Spies/Analysts; and Kasi was even a CIA operative, even though there's no documentation of it, had his father killed, and his capture was done with a joint cooperation of the FBI/CIA and ISI. And of course he was Bilal Musharraf's (then President pervez' sons) best friend in the world, even though that too is undocumented, according to the CIA it said that Afghans had lead them to Kasi.

But this isn't a conspiracy theory at all, despite it's undocumented and suspiciously inconsistent nature; it is fact!

No offense sir, but you are royally full of sh*t

There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Amazingly enough this story is undocumented and not reported in any news, another Anecdotal reference which you ALONE have access to.

Do you know what sharia law means? sharia law is derived from Quran and sunnah (ahadith). can you please back up your claim that the guy was freed because of what sharia says?... a few verses from Quran and ahadith would be nice that shows... killing 4 sisters is pardonable under sharia law...

I am sorry to break it to you , Sharia law does not exist anywhere in its true sense... no government is built under sharia law and there is no place in this world where Sharia law is practiced or implemented... and i doubt if it can ever be practiced to its true sense until the end of times...

Actually speaking in terms of Islamic Shari'ah, Diyyah, is only accepted if the perpetrator is a Muslim. Because Muslims are currently in a state of war with Imperialists, thereby invalidating taking diya.

Ferzona Banu ....just a little 4-11, Baygham makes up stories to add to feign credence to his arguments.

Watch he'll have no documentation for the story he claimed.

Try something good to blame sharia this one would,nt work..
The so called civilised and democratic govt of USA never respect others and their law.
Pakistani govt is their pupet or i should say like a prostitute.
They have no honour.Pay the paki leaders,Generals , isi and have fun in their homes .
The saudis are scared of iran and wants the US to save their so called saudi kingdom.
So it is not wise to blame sharia here.
                  This is not true.

Pakistan has two sets of law. One is the secular law, the other is the Sharia Law.

The case, if tried under Secular law would have resulted in imprisonment.

But because Sharia Law exists in Pakistan, the offender got off free.

Sure. But you need proof that he was doing it. You can't just convict without proof.

We DO know he killed 2 men. For that punishment is prison by secular law. No other option.

Sharia law says prison also, but gives the option of letting him go free if he's rich enough. This was his legal escape.

You do know that both secular AND sharia law exists in Pakistan don't you?

Heirs pardon killer father under Qisas law

                          Author: Rafaqat Ali
                          Publication: Daily Dawn
                          Date: July 27, 2002
Zakir Hussain Shah, a resident of Bara Kau locality who had murdered his daughter last month, will be absolved of the charge as his wife and son in their capacity as legal heirs of the deceased have agreed to pardon him under the Qisas and Diyat law.

The Qisas and Diyat law, which was enforced in 1990 on the insistence of the then chief justice Mohammad Afzal Zullah, is being massively abused. Under the law, murdering a family member virtually carries no punishment as the other family members have the right to pardon the killer.

The Qisas law has changed the nature of the crime. Before the introduction of this law, murdering a person was crime against the state but now it is against the person. The heirs have powers to pardon the murderer.

Zakir had slit the throat of 18-year-old Sabiha on June 26 at Dhoke Khayam on suspicion that she had become pregnant. The matter was reported to the Bara Kau police by her maternal uncle, Ibrar Hussain Shah. Ibrar had stated that Zakir had murdered Sabiha after tying her with charpoy.

Zakir disappeared from the scene with the knife and later obtained pre-arrest bail from the sessions court of Islamabad. He has since returned home and is now living with his wife and son. He had submitted a compromise deed on behalf of his wife and son.

The police presented the challan in the court of the district and sessions judge, and the case is slated to be taken up on Saturday. The court would have no option except to verify from the heirs whether they had pardoned him or not. If the response is in affirmative, the matter ends there and the murderer father would be a free man like he was one month back.

The main argument for the enforcement of the Qisas law was that it would have deterrence effects on society and the homicide would decrease.

Twelve years after its enforcement, the law is being misused to the extent that people now commit homicide with impunity, especially in family.

Justice Munir A. Sheikh, senior puisne judge of the Supreme Court, has been observing time and again that after the introduction of the Qisas law, the crime rate has increased. Recently, he asked Jamaat-i-Islami lawyers during the course of Riba case to state whether the murders had decreased. When the counsel had no answer, Justice Sheikh said his experience as a judge of the high court and the apex court was that now people murdered with impunity.

In another case, a had killed his four sisters in Mardan when they demanded share in the ancestral property. The mother, who was the legal heir of the deceased girls, pardoned the son and the case ended then and there. Similarly, a man in Sargodha opened fire on his family members, resulting in death of his two daughters. His wife and other daughters, wounded in the shooting, pardoned the murderer as they were the legal heirs of the deceased.

read above, that is what happens under sharia, if you know more than the hundred thousand ulema's in pakistan, than well, you must be reading another version of the Quran and I would recommend sending them a copy so they make the adjustments to this heinous law under sharia.

This law is 100% according to quran and sunnah, per the ulema in pakistan, ask any in afghanistan about this case and if they say that it was unislamic than we can have the two meet.
