Does it make the act haram? These people and others who are kissing someone's feet should make sure to avoid the posture of prostration. Such a note of censure, however, is far from the charges of shirk one reads in the comments under the video. One persons says "They are indeed mushriks" while another says they should be killed. They, like those commenting here, probably know nothing about the people in the video.

As for the childish remarks about fetishes, we can only hope that these persons are ignorant of the fact that the Companions kissed the blessed feet of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace).

By the way, will we see you at the Mawlid on Sunday?
“At-Tirmidhi quoted Ibn Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, as saying: “Once a man said to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: ‘O Allah's Messenger! When a man meets his brother or friend, is he allowed to bow to him (in a show of extraordinary veneration)?' The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: ‘No’. The man asked: ‘Then should he embrace and kiss him?’ The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: ‘No’ and the man asked again: ‘Should he just shake hands with him?' The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: ‘Yes.’"

A Sufi scholar was once asked about prostrating (sajda) to other than Allah (ghairullah).

The Sufi scholar replied by saying that who-ever does not prostrate to ghairullah is a KAAFIR. Because Iblis (Shaytan) did not prostrate to Adam Alayhi Salam and therefore he became a KAAFIR. And likewise, anyone who does not prostrate to ghairullah is a KAAFIR.

Then the Sufi scholar was asked about the importance of Tawheed.

The Sufi scholar replied by saying: Tawheed is meaningless. Even Iblis knows Tawheed. Therefore we should not be concerned with tawheed.

What is important is Tariqah. Because Iblis does not have a Tariqah and neither does he have a Pir.

Therefore, Tawheed is unimportant, and following a tariqah and having a Pir is more important.

No genuine Yousafzai would have it.

And also, you can be a Pukhtoon, and still be Sayyed. Just like you can be a Persian, and a Sayyed ie. the ruling elite of Iran. Unless you think Pukhtoon is a race, and not an ethnicity...you are asking for a rude awakening.
No Sir I am not Sayyed. Shah was not part of my name only, but every one in the family, my father, grand father, great great father, uncles and cousins' names end with Shah. I have no knowledge of adoptation of Yousafzais by Sayyeds. Yousafzais have accomodated sayyeds but not otherwise. We use Bacha or Lala or even Dada for elder brother or (except dada) for any elder as a respect. There are no such exclusive titles of shah or bacha or pacha among Yousafzais for sayyeds as far as I know. We call them Mian or Miagan.Title of Agha is not used by Yousafzais for any one, These titles may be common in Afghanistan as it is in Punjab. My knowledge is limited in that case. Every location or tribe have their own use of titles for their elders or for Sayyeds or other elites.
By the way if you want me to be your Spiritual Pir and you be my Mureed, I will rethink to add back "Shah" to may name.(Joking). All my relatives still use my full name. Officially I don't.
Pakhtoon is a race or just an ethnic nation, I will let the researcher find out. I am not competent to debate this topic.

              thats a negative.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

da sa skhaa khalaq dee, i bet they dont bow down to allah 5 times a day but bow down to a guy with a mustache that looks like a stapled rat to his upper lip which is discusting haraam and hygenic anyway which gives the first clue not to trust this wheelchair bound person that doesnt feel shame in seeing people que up to him and kiss his smelly feet, does he think he's allah? who and what gives him the right to have so much arrogance to even accept people doing this even if its under ther will to do so?? ALL PRAISE IS DUE TO ALLAH not some dudes in waistcoats playing god. look at them!!! makes me angry to see pashtuns which are known for honour and pride to lower themselves to such a level to a meer human being. may Allah guide them or rid them from the earth. i wudnt touch that guy with a barge pole, infact i would ignore him..INFACT if he was behind me and i was going through a door i wouldnt even hold it open for him (something which i always do) just for the solle reason to put some humility and realization that if a nobody in the world is equal to him. how can one even want a status amoungst men in such a way, it baffles me, even if my own father let people do such a thing i would never call him my father again..these people pray on the minds of the mindless, if i was in Swat right now id load a full mag into my Kaliashnikoff, get onto the roof and let it off in frustration to these mugs!!!!

This is haram. Only allah is worthy of sajdahs not some random people.

Sajdah is exclusively reserved for allah.
