They are kissing his feet and hands, not making sajda.

Who are these people and who is in the wheelchair?

      Mujib khana pakhair raghlai...
      Arent they bowing to him?
      i thought bowing is haram.
I barely kiss elder's hands scared of not to bow to them.
they fall on knees and put their hands on ground as we do sajda, after that they kiss the right and then left feet...
      Thats not allowded in Islam..

I will tell you a story of my school days during 1954. It all happened in Faisal Abad, Punjab. At that time the name of the city was Loyalpur. A friend of mine was from a PIR family. During vacation, he invited me to spend my free days with them. I agreed and we traveled to their place first on bus and then by horses which were sent by his father to the bus station. As we were riding, villagers on the way kept coming and kissing our feet, touching our hands with their eyes. I asked him what was going on? He told me "Keep quite." When we reached their Astana, I encountered the same scenario that you saw in the video posted byAnGaaR. I will mention some thing about myself. I am a Yousafzai pakhtun, from Swat Buner. My full name at that time was Taj Rahim Shah. For us pakhtun "Shah" does not mean to be sayyed, but in Punjab if Shah is a part of your name, imagine who you are. My name put me in trouble. I told Wada Pir Sab, that I am Pakhtun, not sayyed. He told me keep quite. Don’t be a disgrace to your ancestors by saying that you are not sayyed. Instead of spending my vacation there I left next day. The first thing I did, I officially removed 'Shah' from my name (I had some tough time with my family for this action). Thus I lost the status of being to be a PIR SAB.
What you see in the video is not something unique or new. It is a common practice among Muslims followers of Pirs, Sayyeds and sofis etcs, wherever they may be.

Wrora, if someone were sitting on a sofa and one wanted to look for something under the sofa, one would also be bowing and performing the movements of prostration before the person sitting. Does it make the act haram? These people and others who are kissing someone's feet should make sure to avoid the posture of prostration. Such a note of censure, however, is far from the charges of shirk one reads in the comments under the video. One persons says "They are indeed mushriks" while another says they should be killed. They, like those commenting here, probably know nothing about the people in the video.

As for the childish remarks about fetishes, we can only hope that these persons are ignorant of the fact that the Companions kissed the blessed feet of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace).

By the way, will we see you at the Mawlid on Sunday?

Are you sure you are not a Sayyed? It's hard for me to believe that you are a Yousafzai Pukhtoon, and have "Shah" in your name. Many Sayyeds adopted the Yousafzai qawm, and Shah, Bacha, Pacha or Agha is the typical title given to Sadat's midst Afghans and Pukhtoons. It is an exclusive title. No genuine Yousafzai would have it.

And also, you can be a Pukhtoon, and still be Sayyed. Just like you can be a Persian, and a Sayyed ie. the ruling elite of Iran. Unless you think Pukhtoon is a race, and not an ethnicity...you are asking for a rude awakening.
