abeille, you didn't answer my questions about, respect, love or care. and what's the competition. have i missed something here.(after all these years.)

      • One more thing ...

If it's really men who are the sole cause of women's oppression, how do you explain why it's almost always mothers-in-law who oppress their daughters-in-law, mistreating them, insulting them, abusing them in other ways, etc.? It's rarely the fathers-in-law. In fact, I haven't personally met women who were mistreated by their fathers-in-law. Do you think these mothers-in-law are bad because their husbands force them to be bad?

And how do you explain why some women are actually happy in their marriages and are never mistreated by their husbands?

Again, I think that in a time when we need as many humans (both women and men) to enhance the universal social system that is harmful to much of the world, we can't afford to hate men or any other gender. We can't afford to consider any group of people our enemy or the source of our oppression or unhappiness. And the groups we can't hate on or fight against or reject (as lesser humans) include homosexuals.

Why is it that every time someone says something most people tend to disagree with, we think it's because this person's fake or posing, is seeking attention, or is this and that? Let Abeille be. Let her (or him) say whatever she wants to say. All of us are entitled to an opinion. What's the point of having one if everyone's gonna cheer you on and say, "Bravo! Yes, I agree! Good one!" etc., etc.?

One of the best ways to see whether someone is willing to learn is by noting how she/he reacts to something written against what the majority might believe. This is a perfect example.

          • Roshina, First you told me not to allow anyone to tell me what feminism is, then you tell me to study others' definition. Would you have said that if I had the same definition as yours? Again, you have contradicted yourself. It is not possible for feminism to rise if they were not subjugated in the first place. Sister Amina Wadood was condemn for leading men in prayer. Why? Because it was not normal. She proved that women are equal in the eyes of god, and that what all of us are fighting for.

Why can a Muslim man marry a Christian woman and a Muslim woman cannot marry a Christian man, is this not competing for something equal? Why is the Quran explicit about one and not the other? Perhaps, it is because a man wrote the Quran? (now you are making me doubt the author of the Quran)

For you to live feminism is a contradiction, because you seem don't seem to understand where it rooted from. You seem to view feminism from the angle a huge happy family.

Interesting. Do you consider yourself independent? If yes, who invented the computer? Why do you use it if you are not dependent on men?

I must go remind my beloved why I love and appreciate and respect him so much. BRB.

You're excused , I understand that males and females have different tendencies (not capabilities) and people will reflect that in their lives. That is a TRUTH, not a personal assessment.
                prove it!!! rationally!!!

Because it lacks any internal logical consistency.

case and point. their response to your "contradictions"

notice they had nothing to do with your contradictions as you never made the claims that you don't need men at all.

their counter responses to questions simply refer back to the point she made previously that was responded to with the question.

There is a time to be diplomatic and a time not to be, sometimes we must call a spade a spade.

Could it be perhaps because she can't stand up to her husband? Or perhaps, because women are more vicious? Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn? I can relate. I hate some women for reasons I can't comprehend. I just go with my instinct. Most of the time it is right.

                      • some of history's most murderous, ruthless rulers were women. people such as queen elizabeth of spain, catherine the great, golda meir, margaret thatcher, and many many more. so her argument that if women ruled the world. things would have been better off is not a really factitious argument at all.

in the smaller scope of things consisting of day-today interactions, i have observed quite a few women are too catty, gossip-mongering, fight-picking, and cruel in comparison to men who more often tend to act out of logic rather than emotion ( as a whole, with the exception of some of the retards on this forum). i rarely made friends with females for the very reason that the majority are as how i described.

You analogy lacks logic. (no pun intended). A woman could have easily invented the computer. A man is dependent on a woman, not the vice-versa. They needs us to keep their name alive.

Yes, go and remind your beloved that you love him, and stab the rest of his species in the back. You don't seem to be coherent.

less heterosexuals? ok maybe by 10% at most, 90% are still breeding, human population still increases more so than ever actually. In fact population growth has exploded more the last 10 years than in the previous 90.

sorry this is just a faulty argument.

If men had not suppressed us, we would have been at the fore-front of all inventions. Now, do you understand why I find Roshina's way of thinking contradictory? She is a feminist, yet she thinks that women are dependent on men.
