      • You can just read Tafsir ibn Kathir online or buy it from the bookstore for a lot less of the price they ask you for the classes

The guy will just read from the Tafsir anyways

Sangara, deep respect akhi I dunno, haven't had any training in refuting perhaps. Sometimes its just a discussion thats been going on and on for generations. What would my input do? Increase the ongoing-ness? I just don't understand why people discuss the SAME exact issues alllll the time. However, I shall take your suggestion seriously Manana.

Mutakhasis, not you again *sigh* Except some people might not like reading Tafsir Ibn Kathir (And btw, folks it's www.tafsir.com for Ibn Kathirs Tafsir in full ) and prefer learning it from someone? I dunno dude, you have some issues of your own you need to handle. You think everyones like you or something, open your eyes buddy. The world has enough money to spend on Disney World but none on AlMaghrib. Wah wah, da tsa khabare wosho? Lag pa araam kena aw Islam na khalak ma akhwakawa. Za dalta sa Sufi order na khayam, pohega.

Jasmine khor, no can do mademoiselle. Kho, there are some AMAAAZZZINNNGGGAAAHHH lectures on youtube and all over the net. Try www.islambase.info (click on lectures) and there are some awesome sheikhoona there like Imam Awlaki and others or even www.ilmcast.com (this is something that AlMaghrib does so you might actually like this one, do try and let me know)

          • You don't have a duty to defend al-Maghrib all the time, don't be a Hizbi, they have many mistakes and you should acknowledge them

            • You don't have a duty to refute everything, I understand there are some issues but the good outweighs the bad in this case.

Come on bro, we are on the same side

                        • Dukemina,
Is Sheikh Yasir Qadhi visiting our town anytime soon?
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!
