    ^Bro,
everyone raised good points and you did not refute them.

You have not been to Karachi.

As someone who is been to both countries. Afghan Pashtuns have better status then us, ton of better status.

What status does our culture and language gave in Pakistan? Tell me Talal what status ? What is Pak govt doing to promote Pashtun(Afghan) culture? our language?

In Afghanistan like someone said, Pashto is even a REQUIRED subject in Uni's.

in Pakistan, our new gen is going to forget Pakistan.

Our Pak anthem is in Farsi while Afghans anthem in Pashto.

so this thread was about why is there no Afghan threads, because the have nothing to complain as far as status is concerned.

The founder = Ahmad shah baba abdali(from kandahar Pashtun)
nearly all the rulers = Pashtun
    Pashto = National language
National dance = Attan (Pashtun dance)

    and a lot of more.

Afghanistan has not had a census since the 70s you are here saying the Pashtuns are 12 million it was obvious you got it from Wiki or CIA factbook and etc. Those were the same people who were completely wrong about us Pukhtuns of Pak and Afg.

      re-read it again.

      And Yes MQM is terrorist.

The whole point is, Afghanistan pashtuns enjoy a better life and status compared to us in Pakistan, politically and economically since they own LAND.

Pashtuns in Kandahar do not even WORK.
Pashtuns in Karachi like a member said pick up garbage and sell them to factories which I have seen myself.

Even in Karachi one of the richest people here is from Kandahar who is millionare(USD)

      1. To the bolded parts, I usually think that independent institutions are more credible but to each his own. Also there really is no need for an argument if one already believes that his word is mightier than the rest of the worlds. And World bank isnt a firm, it has currently invested 1.2 Billion dollars for projects in Afghanistan [2002]

      2. Correction Afghanistan had its latest census in 1979.. A decade makes a lot of difference

      3. Thankyou for explaining that lol, yeah im sorry in Pakistan you have to work.

      4. Pashtuns aren't the only ones picking garbage.

      5. And he is that rich because he is in Pakistan, Ask him if he can make the same kind of money back there. And im curious who is this guy ?

I have refuted them, one of the guys here he started abusing so i couldnt refute that but definitely all your arguments were refuted by the stats i posted. But you dont want to believe independent sources, i cant do anything else

There is a simple concept, Pashtuns are a majority in Afghanistan, thats why they have all that. In Pakistan they have to live with other people, do you want our national anthem to be pashto ? Do you want all universities to teach Pashto ? do you want all ministers to be pashto ? and according to your last post you "pashtuns in Afghanistan dont have to work" so you dont want them to work here too ?

          ^LOL dude,

1)I said in the 70s, 70s can also mean 79.

2,3)Its the stone truth, Its unfortunate. When you visit Karachi you will realize this. I have been to Kandahar for a week (business trip) everyone is relaxed they own lands and live the good life. In Karachi, its Pashtuns running around picking up garbages but its nothing to be happy about. I am sad by even telling you this but you need to know about this.

4)The majority are them, They are uneducated and cant afford good private schools.

5)No you are wrong. He is headquartered in Kandahar and is a Kandahari and he has an office in New York, Karachi, Dubai,London and a bunch of other world cities.

His name is Haji Ahmadullah, people in Defence, Karachi know him.

He cant even speak Urdu, He has just hired thousands of Afghans in Karachi so they can have jobs.

He is usually in his office in Dubai or Kandahar. He owns massive lands in Kandahar and Karachi.

I want to post a pic of his house but I doubt he would permit.

          Like I said,

Afghans(Pashtuns) In Karachi monopolized a bunch of businesses but the general status is not good man.

          Its making me sad.

look mate there is no argument here, you have your own word and you rubbish all the independent stats i posted. You compare the welfare in terms of a rich kandahari guy and i do interms of how much a common man makes, you put forth the population argument and i just gaev you the figues. Thats that, if you dont want to accept them thats your choice but then dont say that i am wrong, say that the entire world is wrong because i have posted what they researched.

And as for the comment i made him being in karachi, ask him where does he trade with the world from ? Karachi or kandahar. he can have his office there, but karachi is where he connects with the rest of the world.
And Is this the same haji Ahmadullah that got killed by the talibs back in '04 ?

And no more argument over this, its a simple fact that even a kid from kindergarten can ackowledge that Afghanistan is and has been in deep * for the last 30 years. There isnt even a comparison between the two countries

No dude lmao you are funny. I like that you are trying.

I provided a perfect logical piece of the argument you respond with Pakistans argument and a bunch of quotes with no sources.

But look, leave it as it is.

My source is word of Pashtun leaders of Pakistan, and every Pashtun either from Pakistan or Afghanistan or the world believe in his words and his religion. And he said that some time ago. In fact just before ISI send a group of Jasos in Afghanistan to make Shah unstable.

September, 03, 1961 Pakistan Foreign Minister Manzur Qadir Made a issue, in front of Afghan and world leaders in UN meeting during Pashtunistan issue, He said that
"if the frontier of this country "Pakistan", has to be predetermined on Linguistic and ethnic bases as claimed by Afghans, it should also result in disintegration of Afghanistan as well, because within 15 million of this country Afghanistan has only 3.5 million Pakhtu, the rest are Persians, Turkish, Tajiks and Uzbeks all of these non-Pakhtu speaking people and their areas should be integrated within Soviet States, because we in total all over Pakistan have 8 million Pakhtuns twich the number of those in Afghanistan"

Afghan minister Jamali in response said "With all respect its not the issue of Persians and Turkish but rather the Pakhtun population itself, secondly we are not presenting the issue of Ethnicity or language as its complex for fellow member to understand the nature of Afghans and Afghan nation but rather the nations of Pakhtu and majority of Afghanistan are of one people. In according to our 1951 record yes we had 3.5 million Pakhtu speaker but bring such issues of demography will be useless as for the knowledge of language is not an issue in Afghanistan."
                a) Afgan respond was like "Stupid we had 3.5 million Pashtuns in 1950 when our population was not 15 million, and now that we have 15 million Pakhtu people also increased and it does not correspond to your crapy claims"
                b) "We are fighting for rights of Pakhtuns not the rights of Northerners they can leave if they want"
                c) "You people are stupid and don't know what afgan means so therefore it makes no sense to argue with you"
In 1970s A new table was Given to UN accepted and it counted Afghan population of 18 million with Pashtu speaker being 55% in 1973 being 10 million and Pakistan having 11 million.

However in 1990s What Pakistan said was to become true there were 17 million Pakhtuns in Pakistan and only 9 million in Afghanistan because of refugees puring into Pakistan combined with locals, but I still didn't buy it, because in 1998 they made the same argument toward India "We have more Afgans in Pakistan then in Afghanistan, so yes Afghanistan can be part of Pakistan" The papers of signing of Durand line then refused by heads of Talibans, by 1999 which CIA/ISI Aid was over and Puppy became famous, in 2000 decision was taken for US invasion of Afghanistan by the help of Pakistan.

If we count those of India as I said would be 31 million

would be more Pakhtuns than in Pakistan, LOL why not them as Well? So What now India is the true home of Afgan race? Pak Govt just BS to be related with Pakhtuns, and many lies either for being an Arab or being Pathan, we had many of them here in this forum, the come and go, and all them lied so much that i myself forgotten how to lie.
                Just answer one question,

When at time Afghan population was 9 million in late 1880s why did British said "by now we now taken 25% of its population and 50% of its land completing the boundries between British India and Afghan Amir" Which means it made sense by the time of 1930s population from 2 million reached 3 million, in 1948 Total population of Pakhtuns reach 6% of represented in 1960s it was 8%, and tell me how did 8% reached to 15%http://www.statpak.gov.pk/depts/pco/...her_tongue.pdf
Well in Wikipedia this is what they said in pashtu was 8.16% in 1951 still I want to know how it did it came to 15.42 in 1998 almost double, while Afghan's percentage remained same all this time.
LOL Read this see if it makes sense
                "Pashto (Provincial Language)
Pashto is spoken as a first language by 15% of Pakistanis, mostly in the North-West Frontier Province, Federally Administered Tribal Areas and in Balochistan as well as by immigrants to the eastern provinces who are often not counted due to census irregularities. Additionally, Afghan refugees are often outside the census count, but appear to be largely Pashto speakers from Afghanistan. Pashto speakers are almost 8% of Pakistani population and more than 50% in Afghanistan."http://www.pakistans.com/pakistan/language/

Even the most uneducated Pakistan knows Pashtu is not the second largest group, althought Pakistan in 1998 promised a status in Gov, that they will make Pashtu as their second language replacing English in the future but that future depends on Durand Line. LOL right call for Pashtunization then go to Pakistan, where 4% Punjabi-Pashtu speakers be 90% Pashtu speakers by 2050 and Pashtu will be the national language, and they too would be called "Pashtun" just as Farsi became Afghan language labeled us as "Persian" for long long time in the history of Khorasan.. LOL funny huh!

^^wrora as much as I disagree with 99% of what Talal said, I don't think we should sideline people due to their ethnic background. We should open forums and discussions to all people regardless of background. Obviously Afghan/Pashtun interests are ours and we will propagate them, however I don't like the idea of sidelining people just due to their ethnic background. Manana

Pashtuns are more repected in Afghanistan then Pakistan.
Quaid-e-Azam created Pakistan for Muslims and now its not looking that way.
We Pashtuns are suffering the most in Pakistan.

Already more then 100 died in North west Pakistan in the last 3 days by the Army and the terrorist.
