Do you know what happening in Afghanistan right now. What have the americans and these followers of Massod accomplished. They have no interest in building the country, they are there to get rich. They are stealing all the construction money and all the aid money. Nothing has been built in the last 9 years. There is ah huge drug problem that will destroy the population more than you can imagine. The biigest threat to the afghan people today is not the ISI or the taliban, it is those drugs, Their are men women and children that are getting addicted to them. You could build a million schools and universities but if you have a population that is addicted to drugs, those schools are useless

I know what you said, you are blaming the leaders in the upper echilon of the taliban. But what I am saying is that what happens when a government collapses the result is chaos and the people would be lucky if anybody can come along and put security and law back into society no matter who it is because any security is better than no security.

The main responsibility of leaders is to prevent the government from collapsing no matter how evil that government is. Remember our prophet never went to makkah until he had enough supporters to take it peacefully, he never let looting happen he never let the leadership of the city of makkah collapse

When I talk about the government collapsing Im talking about the The Najib government in 1992. When that happened, That is the moment the ISI had accomplished their goal. After that it was easy for them. Because the afghans were too divided and weak and they had more interests in fighting each other.

That would not be the proper question to ask, the proper question is what will happen next, what will happen in the next ten years, Right now Karzai has to keep the nation together and united. His job is to get all the people together to work for a common goal. He has to try to keep the ISI from interfering inside
Afghanistan. If he is smart and I beleive he is alot smarter than Masood and Hekmatyar and Najib he woudl play all sides for the benifit of the afghan nation

First question is if Taliban regime from 1996-2001 was ideal? My answer will be deifnitely no. It is impossible to live in this world without having contacts with international community. Perhaps some people think, they donot need international community but it will be national suicide. If it comes to Islam then in my opinion Taliban do not fullfill the pre-requisites of Islam as well. In my opinion they are just a bunch of ignorant people who are used for someone else interests and bringing destruction to Afghanistan. I am saying this because, USA defeated USSR in Afghanistan with the greater help of Pakistan and not a single american soldier was wounded in the whole episode. About 2.6 milllions afghan were killed, many were wounded, and many were refugees. Ok, USSR lost the war? what does the Afghan got? in my opinion nothing, just more poverty, ignorance, and lowest human rating in the world.
Again, now many international forces are confronting each other, and Afghans are used as fuels and many will be killed but at the end who will get the benifit, others, and no way Afghans.
I myself really appreciate Karzai (he or his colleagues may be corrupt, which is impossible to be stopped in such a 3rd world society) that he is continously inviting Taliban and other militants for negotiation and they are avoiding it. Karzai has international recognition for his position and UNO also accept him as a president. He is a liberal democratic person and wants development of Afghanistan.
On the other side Taliban (may be in contorl of Arabs or ISI) deny and continously deny, which show their intentions for more destruction.

One thing which I know, that Pakistan army has prepared completely for the situation if USA will leave afghanistan next year. Pakistan will bring for sure again Taliban regime in order to be dictated very well. However, Afghans should stop such a move. I am not in favour of eliminating Taliban role in Afghan politics. But my opinion is they should come through votes without terrorizing public. If they torture public and come into power with the help of Arabs and ISI, then they can never and never help Afghans. It will be again a huge destruction.

They should change their ideas regarding women eductaion, women job (which is essential in afghanistan as most of women are widows and unmarried and they need their lives), science and technology eductaion, polytechnic eductaion, hospitals, transportation and inviattion to international companies for exploring minerals of Afghanistan and free access to intenrational community. In my opinion, they are living in dreams of conquerring the world and to bring islamic revolution (destruction) in the world, which seems impossible and therefore Afghans miseries will be contionous for next decades.
There must be a strong opposition to Taliban, like ANP and PkMAP in Pakistan are resisting them anyway with huge sacrifices. This resistance and opposition must be ideological and no way emotional.

I swear I will drop my stance the minute I see Taliban style Shariah in Pakistan. But no, Pakistan isn't as beaqal as naive Afghans who think its Jihad to kill innocent people. They are gaining education and receiving masters degree while we are too busy deciding how long the tent on the women should be.

why dont you go to pakistan and work with ISI and be a spokes person of the taliban, i am sure you are a smart, speak many languages. you will have all sot of freedom of speech.
