So my Argument is, There should be no Capital, Each Tribe should be their own government and a representative of each tribe should be represented in government.

I dont care or support Waziristan to be something Special, Waziristan is a small place full of Mountains and rivers and the people there are not much interested in holding power of Pakistan Nor Afghanistan. We are a Small tribe, we have no influence whats so ever in Afghanistan nor Pakistan. So dont take What I say as Waziristan Nationalism.I couldnt care less if Waziristan's name is changed to Khost.

That is not the basis of a modern state or even a functioning state..that is a medieval fiefdom which was basically what the initial Afghanistan was (prior to the idea of a modern state). You are basically regressing.

Capitals, army, infrastructure, economy, bureaucracy are all necessities. It doesn't matter what your ideology is...it is part of state-building.

So present day Afghanistan with the capital etc is a modern day functioning state?

How am I regressing when you blindly avoid the failures of the state of Afghanistan controlling and being loyal to its so called founders being the Pashtuns.

Your policy from previous comments is to break from Pakistan but be slaves of Tajiks and Uzbeks and Dari Speaking Afghanistan.

You as usual always avoid the Main question being, Would Afghanistans Powerful minorities accept Pashtuns from Pakhtunkhwa joining them, that is a well known big NO!.

You cant force upon us accepting Kandahar as our capital.

We should be unique and have our own way of goverance. I dont want to accept Tajiks and Uzbeks to have same Identity as Pashtuns but then refuse Punjabis and Sindhis and other Pakistans as not being our brothers.

      Kind Regards

First of all, no one said Afghanistan as of now is a functioning state. However, that doesn't mean you take the basic logic of state building in any form and discard as if it means nothing. Every state, every empire, every functioning civilization had these concepts. It is really simple.

Maseed why do you feel the need to divert and attack, when you can't give any rationale for your own ideas? Be a little fair when you discuss.

I never said that we should be slaves of anyone. I have already answered these things...go search my posts, I have talked about this. You can't beat dead horses. We are discussing the idea of capital cities (don't bring in previous debates which have been answered...either go search for my posts, Khyaals, or gulalais).

If number of pashtuns is the reason that makes Kandahar superior to kabul then remember peshawer has more pashtuns than kandahar.

This poem is from the national poet of Afghanistan he is widely known as KHUSHAL KHAN KHATTAK
                    Grana shlombay Khana!
I respect your contention, but as a humble student of Khushalyat, I have never come across such saying of Khushal Khan Khattak. Can you give me a reference of such saying, wrora!. In fact in Khushal times, Afghan was undisputedly used for Pakhtuns, and no Tajik, Uzbek, Hazara etc, was called Afghan. Therefore Khushal Baba has used both the names, Afghan and Pashtun to denote Pakhtun. There was no need to declare such edict. It was Amir Abdul Rehman Khan who generalized this name for all the citizens of Afghanistan to have a smooth sailing of his despotic rule.

The capital of the Pakhtun state should be predominantly a Pakhtun city, where majority speak Pashto.A city where you can ask a drive to taxi driver, in Pashto, without hesitation and fear of " Afghani na mee danam". So in my opinion, the best choice is Peshawar or Kandahar or both.

How can one say Kandhar is strictly Pashto speaking. As Luffy said it is well known to be the city of Persianized Pashtuns. If the rulers of Kandahar were so much into being rulers of Pashtuns then why was Pushto only made official a few decades ago?

You must be on some drugs if you think Kandahar speak Persian. No offence.
No one is saying that kandahar speak persian. There is difference between being persian and being persianised. The kandharis will feel themeselves pure pashto speaking but an outsider can easily determine that they are speaking lame pashto with large number of dari words. As some one has said here, if you want to hear proper and purest pashto then visit waziristan, khost or paktiya.

May be but magority of scholars says that pashtuns have originated from ko-e-suleiman(balochistan) from where they later spread to kandahar and other places.
