Dont blame the Afghan elite since they are doing what they should be doing according to human nature and that is to steal as much as possible because the system allows it and encourages it just like dont blame black people or refugees in the US who use the welfare system to live of off for the rest of their lives and their kids expecting the same thing. Blame the system that allows this to happen.
I am with you on a lot of points but you still can’t explain why you think or present evidence why corruption happens in Afghanistan by those in power because of the system in place. Are you saying that theft and corruption is legal according to the system of the country and this is why it happens? Honestly, I am lost here.

The constitution is basically a copy and paste of western systems yet obviously we don’t see this level of corruption in those nations, so yes we CAN blame the Afghan elite. If today they announced they were switching to a total Shariah system, nothing would change but would you blame the Islamic system because these people remained corrupt?

The problem isn’t that the law encourages this corrupt system, it’s that the people who themselves wrote the law are corrupt and even if they weren’t, there is no enforcement of the law

There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

To be fair, Eastern European women have always done that kind of work, it didn’t start with Stalin.

Back when Muslims were powerful, Eastern Europeans used to sell their daughters into slavery to wealthy Muslims.

Pearl Earring Wearing Bacha Abdali was all too willing to serve the Afsharid Turkoman remnant of the Safawid Military Elite against other Afghans.

Abdali was just the first in line of the establishment that culminated in Amandeep Singh's administration.

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

By that logicthen no one is capable of building anything since they employ people. Nice try though. Taliban are bumbling clowns that think splattering their guts is "jihad", they can't even conceive of building things when those are priorities.

More like a copy paste of the mafia than a western gov. Corruption happens in western countries, its just at the more higher levels rather than lower levels. The reason for this is that most western countries have large middle class who earn good salaries and benefits to sustain a comfortable life until their death. You could never get rid of corruption in third world countries until you build a sustainable middle class.
A western gov uses its national resources, customs and other taxes to fund their gov, police force, army and other services for its citizens which forces the society to use those resources carefully and efficiently which would limit corruption and put it in check.
The Afghan gov is completely funded by outside powers so they have no incentive to look out for its national resources and people in the gov, armed gangs and militias, insurgents are fighting over those resources and are being squandered. This is one reason for the violence ie the noorzai and achakzai fighting over spin Boldak Customs. This funding by outside powers makes people in the gov not care about the violence or the fighting, they actually think that if they show more violence than is actually happening, they would receive more money from outside powers. They actually sell weapons to insurgents to fuel violence cause violence is in their interests ie more money.

            US weapons complicate Afghan war

When it comes to corruption , follow the money, where is all this money coming from and where is it going and then the WHY.
Everything can be explained. The vast majority of People don't act MORALLY but do act rationally given the circumstances.

If you put a Shariah system in place, it would improve with no doubt since shariah says not to take money from foreign powers since its wrong to the foreign powers people(what are they getting out if it) and to your people(promoting laziness instead of a good work ethic.)

True but the problem is much worse today than in history. They have no moral values and have no respect for their dignity. Azmule is the same way. He disregards moral values for financial gain. He has no vision or doesnt care to see how this decays society long term.
He is the type that feels shame when a woman is wearing hijab instead of feeling shame when a woman is dressed as sexually appealing for men. He thinks feeling this way is progressive instead of barbaric. Barbarics like him need to be exposed

This guy is a total fraud on this forum.

He purposely makes grammar mistakes in order to make his persona believable.

If you take some time to look at his posting history you will notice inconsistent grammar mistakes for specific words.

How is it his grandfather tells him heartwarming bonding stories about Allamah Abdul Hai Habibi ....but back on Afghansite Forums he had a mental breakdown and told everyone he was going to purchase $500 worth of Pashto instructional books so you can get back in touch with his alleged Pashtun roots?

It doesn't take too much critical thinking to realize that this is all just bull****tery.

The reality is, he operates under a similar protocal as his counterparts; this manufactured mythology built around iconography and cult of personality.

For him it's for historical figures and prevailing personalities of the political establishment, for them it'ds Mullah Umar. They are Different Stools but same Stool smell.

What is Ko@a. I know what your trying to say here but again your lack of understanding pashto, you have exposed yourself. Its your kind of Baighyrat people that built hera mundi for British troops and its your kind that would love to build one in Kabul just for some foreign money. Keep bragging about how you sold your arse in exchange for fake progress.

It is my conclusion that this guy is one big question mark. I don't even think he is Afghan-Tajik, Uzbek, or Hazara.

The reason I say this is because he purposely makes grammar mistakes, and I know this because several times he has mispelled an intended word in different ways.

I don't know what his angle is but I am certain he is artificially pretending to be illiterate .
