You are right, his posts with no substance were not worth the attention so i hardly noticed him even though he has been around for quite a while. Some where on web he has learnt that Pashtun nationalists use the term "gul khan", so his every post is littered with its usage.These group of Indics are more annoying than any other indic.

First of All, KPK is 80% pashtun not 75%. In addition to that Hindkowan province is acceptable as long as it includes only Hindkowan Area i.e. Abbotabad, Haripur (Minus Ghazi Tehsil, which is pashtun Majority), Mansehra (Minus Ogai Tehsil), while Torghar, Battagram and Kohistan stays in KPK since they are not Hindko Speaking.
In case of DIKHAN, Kulachi and Paharpur are also pashto speaking.

KPK is the most ethnically homogeneous province, Their is sizable Saraiki and Potohari people in Punjab, Sindh has sizable urdu speaking, punjabi and pashtun population. While Baluchistan has significant pashtun districts.
