Lahore probably but not Islamabad. There's a huge Pashtun population there and it's close to KPK so I've seen that people generally keep their identity there.

There are a lot of Pashtuns in Islamabad. I can see myself as either Islamabadi or Peshawari, even though I was born in Peshawar.

Official stats show 19% of Isb are Pashtuns, but I think 30%+ is more realistic. This is not including Afghans, half breeds, or outskirt villages.

Pashto, and Pashtuns from an outside global point of view is associated more with Afghanistan. Pashto is one of the national languages of Afghanistan as you know.
