Hey, I am sorry but that is blatantly wrong as far as drones are concerned.The Pakistani govt/military did allow drones , but that was not because these drones were aiding the Pakistani army in combating the insurgents.In fact, Pakistan considered it a breach of its sovereignty.But Pak govt/military did not have the willpower/assertiveness to disallow the drone strikes. Plus these drones would mostly target the militants who would attack U.S/NATO interests in Afghanistan, and not the militants who were at war with Pakistan.
As far as aid is concerned, well the entire Pakistani state runs on aid. Whether that is for military ops against insurgents or for any other purpose.The fight against militants has been carried out by the Pakistani authorities on their own w/o any help from U.S/NATO , except for aid obviously which as I mentioned before, is not limited to the Pakistan army rather it applies to the Pakistani country as a whole.

Pashtuns. That includes Karzai and his officials. Elites of Kandahar, elites of Nangarhar and elites of Paghman earned the most from the aid. Uzbeks 16 years later are still not better off, Hazaras only flourished because they're now free to move to bigger states for better opportunities. And Tajiks like Ismail Khan, Atta Noor, Fahim have made Balkh, Herat, Panjsher and Parwan provinces one of the most secure and financially stronger provinces of Afghanistan.

I would love to see your sources claiming Uzbeks and Tajiks eating those 100 billion Dollars, though. :-)

Possibly true. I was just stating that it's not true that non-Pashtuns have benefited from Pashtun misery in Afghanistan. In Afghanistan the main cause of social and economical misery are Pashtuns, but it's been elite Pashtuns cashing in on blood of less fortunate.
