What does the agha khan free of charge treatment centres have to do with Pakistan?? He is not a Pakistani and those treatment centers are located all over the world.
In general, people are expected to have some decency. As a self proclaimed Muslim state, is it too much for one to expect from you not only to fill your pills with chickpea powder but to go one step further and stick needles in it too?? We trade with you because the majority of us take you for Muslims when you claim to be God fearing Muslims. When a beggar comes behind your door, begging for a piece of bread, you don't get off your ass to stuff a piece of bread with needles or poison before giving it to them. WHEN WE TRADE WITH YOU, WE PAY FOR WHAT WE BUY. That does not give you the right to not only lie to us about the credibility of your products but go one step further by poisoning us too in return of doing business with you.

That sort of mentality has been brought on us by the diseases you ship to us in your secret choppers that collapse midair air, without anyone's permission. Or the millions that russians killed?or the millions thats died in the civil war during the 90s because all you guys couldnt get your ethnic **** together. ? But lets blame Pakistan for all the evils in Afghanistan shall we ? As for janitors our doctors and engineers are in high demand across the world . We have one of the highest percentage of doctors and engineers in high demand in places like US and UK . Neither can most afghans afford the elite hospitals here . Most good hospitals here charge 10-20k per night . If you want good treatment you got to pay for that.

I am not saying that your doctors are not skilled and I am not like some who would try to belittle you to make our faults less obvious. I am saying you people as well as your government is dishonest. You have good hospitals for your own citizens but your government turns a blind eye to stuff like expired materials being sold to afghans or janitors claiming to be doctors and ripping afghans off of their hard earned money.

Advertise your **** for what it actually is and see if anyone (poor or privileged) bothers with it. Stop telling lies. You rip everyone off of what they have with your only claim to your dedication to Islam and at the end of the day, that turns out to be sham.

The hospitals aren't exclusively for pakistani citizens per se, they're exclusively for rich Pakistanis. Rs 10-20k is a lot for an average pakistani, especially per day.

Well am currently doing MBA and not a government official so there is a limit to what I can do vis-a-vis Afghans in my country . My family takes care of most refugees that comes to our doorsteps . Many have married Pakistani women and have set up business there . Very few refugees around the world go around as freely as Afghans do in Pakistan . If i were a government official involved in policy making I would gladly Change the narrative that my current government is having . They have been here for 40 years and its time they go back and rebuild their own country . When they came they brought drug and ak-47 culture with them to Pakistan . Crime rates soared and many are involved in target killing . Keep that in Mind .

Karachi has the largest Pashtun population in the world . More than 10 million Pashtuns live there (That's almost half of Afghanistan's pashtun population ). Lahore itself has sizeable Afghan Businessmen . Both were posted in the travel section . I certainly don't have to justify my presence being here .

You guys have a habit of calling Pakistanis Fake and Porkistanis(how childish is that?) . Just have a look at the forum around . If I post something about Pakistan that is because we have 30 million Pashtuns in the country which are involved in government policy making and are well integrated . I would gladly listen to any Afghan if he has anything to say about apart from racial slurs , skin colour or the typical ghairat and beghairat name calling .
