There are some anamolies that I am surprised no one here has caught or commented on.

1. The telegraph article has the video embedded that is from the mirror - the guy's dialect is not at all in line with what is referred to as Yusufzai KP mainland/Peshawari dialect.

2. Ahmadzai in Pakistan are Wazirs and this does not at all match Wazirwola.

He unmasks his sheens into seens for example, dee becomes dowaaee (Wazirs do the latter but not often the former ---> and when I say not at all like Wazirwala I mean the word choice and specifics of the dialect because they do for instance emphasize the waw in dowaee.

Specific word choice and lexicon are not at all compatible with Yusufzai and Peshawari accent nor the Quetta accent (which is pretty much Kandari) or at all even common streer urchin parlance.

3. It does not at all even sound like the complex Bannu dialect or other lands bordering tribal districts.

4. This guy is likely a Ghilji Ahmadzai if Ahmadzai is his real last name and the word inflections like wakhtona vs wakth truncated more common in KP region or thLalaay vs thalaay give this away for anyone who has spent even a week in these regions.

If he was in any way Ahmadzai Wazir he would likely have migrated into Peshawar or Karachi and have picked up the Yusufzai dialect and switched back and forth like most of them do.

He certainly may have traveled, resided, found a home in Pakistan like hundreds of thousands of refugees and may even have been influenced there...

But the comment on khamaa and by the so called experts is both laughable and irresponsible not to mention slip shod.

Thorkham and Shamlawar and others who are fluent should also see if they agree - but I am very very very very confident and am fluent in East and West dialects and can at least understand 85% of the tribal dialects after a few days in a region.

What an immense dissappointment that fellow Pashto speakers on a Pashtun forum cannnot even make these important observations about the language and dialects of our regions and have to rely on random reports that often do get it wrong.

He is a Porkistani Pashtun and there is no doubt behind that. However what we have to realise is that he is just a radicalised person. In a video released on social media late Tuesday a 17-year-old Afghan refugee pledges allegiance to Daesh and says that he wants to carry out an attack in Germany.

"I am a Daesh fighter and I want to tell you that today I will carry out an attack in Germany. My message to you is that you have killed our innocent civilians, children and women in Afghanistan," the Afghan refugee says in the video while brandishing a knife.
