I don't want you to undermine Afghan Pashtuns. I want you to stop playing the ethnic card in my country. Stop supporting a Pashtun fascist movement. I want to stop trying to divide my country along ethnic lines. Afghan problems are an internal issue. You want us to believe that you don't support Taliban anymore. Cool I wish that was true. But its not. Pakistan still obsessed with is strategical depth. You want to created a buffer zone between you and us basically because that would preven Afghan intelligence services from using our soil against you. Well that strategy is failing basically because Taliban still unable to overrun any major city in Afghanistan. Taliban leadership still freely roaming around in Pakistan cities. Taliban former and current leaders were chosen by ISI. Guys, this doble game of yours is ruining harming your country badly."For thirty years, I endured much pain and strife,

Yes afghanis roam freely in Pakistani cities but not everyone of them are taliban or extremists, even then plans are there to deport then. But problem is you guys don't want them back. You don't want your own country men back and consider them burden.

hahaha if anything afghanis have taken advantage of afghan=pathan by default in all over Pakistan. It's well known fact for average non-pathan Pakistani every afghani is pathan by default, and pathans are Pakistanis by default. Afghanis majars are making fake documents trying to prove their baap dada were born in punjab to get CNIC, and many have gotten it.Originally posted by Azmal View PostI have not laugh to much in long time--spill tea on my keyboard, de Bannu Mazdigar be careful vising Punjabi buddy...for locals there you are Afghan! ahahah lol

Perhaps I shouldn't comment; but I don't agree with "Loy Afghanistan" nor do I agree with "Pakistan Zindabad", without sounding like a broken record, All of these constructs have origins in the meddling of Imperialist Powers But as Samandri rightly pointed out, the Rulers of Afghanistan have all failed in trying to restore Pashtunkhwah under Afghan authority either because they kowtow to the British Imperial drum or simply incompetent.
Afghan Nationalists I find only make excuses for the failures of our rulers, and rather than take responsibility, the sole blame rests on external forces. External forces held the gun, but our rulers pulled the trigger. As much as I decry Nationalism and especially artificial states such as Afghanistan and Pakistan, Afghanistan should have recognized Pakistani territory. Rather than trying to claim swaths of present day Pakistan; what we should have done is have strong sphere of influence in Pashtun regions visa vis Pashtun cultural heritage. This would have been more effective in the long term. But because we made direct hostile claims; Pakistan did all in its might to hamper those attempts later on.
On the other hand, Pakistan has had a political policy aimed at trying to influence regional politics for its interests mainly its ideological foundations as being eternal enemies with India. In that swoop, it would not have been enough for Pakistan for Afghanistan to recognize Pakistani territory, Pakistan would have expected enmity rather than positve relations with India. So despite my opposition to these nature of these artificial states, I have no power or influence to dissolute them and they aren't going away anytime soon. At this stage the defabrication of these states could prove catastrophic rather than beneficial as their internal economics and infrastructure depends their existence.
So what should happen for positve and healthy relations is new treaties need to be established. Afghanistan rescind all claims of currently held Pakistani territory, rather opt for having more of a cultural and hereditary influence on Pashto- speaking regions of Pakistan. Pakistan in agreement desists from supporting radicals and terrorists and accepts Afghanistan's desire to have a healthy relationship with India. India and Pakistan must respect their mutual sovereignty and cooperate to ensure the mutual stability of both countries. Idealistic, maybe, but this seems to be the only plan to diffuse the main drivers of turmoil between the countries.
Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

Wow a few guys are anti-afghan, so what, this incident is enough to ignore the millions of Pashtun nationalists in Pakistan?. This is the reason why we Pashtuns as warriors look down at your race in pity, because something small like this would demoralise you to such a level where you would give up any hope and discontinue pursuing your campaign. Such weak hearts.. This my friend is evidence of your feeble mindset and the natural instinct of you people. Pathetic. We continue to fight and march on to unity regarless of a few payed out peasants given money to front for the cameras.Originally posted by Firdousi View PostDear Pashtun nationalist brothers:

He's being completely pragmatic in his approach. Whether people like it or not, the Durand line is recognised by every other country in the world as the international border. Is it really worth the trouble? Not recognising it and thus confirming Pakistani suspicions of Afghanistan being anti-Pakistan?Originally posted by Manzareh View PostWow a few guys are anti-afghan, so what, this incident is enough to ignore the millions of Pashtun nationalists in Pakistan?. Im not disptuting the Durand line, whether it's there or not doesn't change the fact that on both sides of it we are Pashtun. Further more there are 30million Pashtuns in Pakistan, if a mere 3% of them were Pashtun nationalists that would be around a million, I'd say atleast 10% of the population that know the basics of their history would proudly label themselves an afghan. So go figure.Originally posted by Porus View PostHe's being completely pragmatic in his approach.
