Yes sir. The gate is being constructed on the land which is controlled by Pakistan. It is not Afghan territory.

From an inside source, I have heard that the ANA is doing the bidding of the Indians. The dam they recently constructed in Afghanistan was not for free.

After the ceasefire, the ANA started firing again 20 minutes before Iftari.

This is only going to cause tension and loss of life to the innocents on both sides of the border, while serving the purpose of the Government of India and Government of Afghanistan.
