Pakis pathetically impressing upon us that their murderous involvement in the Afghanistan by creating and promoting of backward Jahadist, or Taliban dictatorship and the back stabling of Afghanistan “strategic depth” are all justified given that Afghanistan threw the first punch. Even in this forum we have had the head of paki girl gang the mule and rest of cesspool insect agitprop this nonsense. As expected today on TOLO news the gang of khevtuk-das flat headed Amu jumpers were recycling this bull**** in order to get back at Pashtons. I truly find it fascinating when either of Paki gangs or Amu Jumpers is pretend to hold the moral high ground…either way lets understand some critical facts about Paki-Afghan relationship from start.
Pakistan is NOT an independent “Islamic” state for Afghanistan and or Pashtun but is successor of British Raj for us. To this day Pakistan continues to follow British Raj’s forward policy toward Pashtun/Afghanistan. Ali Jenah in a speech to Tribal Jirga in 1947 calls Pashtuns of so called FATA has “Muslim brethren across boarder” and announces the continuation of the Frontier Crimes Regulations a set of brutal British laws designed to deny the Pashtun peoples of so called “tribal areas” basic legal and political rights. The FCR allows for collective punishment, indefinite detention, no right of appeals, and cases are heard by civil servants of the Federal government. The FCR was implemented to bring the oft rebellious tribes to heel and used the tribe to undermine Kabul and should have been repealed immediately after “Islamic” Pakistan gained Independence. Instead Jinnah changed nothing, and no other leader since has either.
" Keeping in view your loyalty, help, assurances and declarations we ordered, as you know, the withdrawal of troops from Waziristan as a concrete and definite gesture on our part–that we treat you with absolute confidence and trust you as our Muslim brethren across the border.”
Note* Jenah did not consider Waziristan part of Pakistan.

Ali Jinnah speech to Tribal Pashtun is nothing less than declaration of war against Afghanistan. Yet two years after recognizing Paki state Afghanistan realize the danger and in 1949 held a loy-jerga nullifying all the pervious treaty and formally voted against Pakistan membership to UN.
What is Kabul’s Pashtunistan claim?
Pashtunistan in Pakistan is Afghan soil by historical records and therefore Afghanistan should have a claim on it as it was indicated by 1949 Loy-Jerga. Yet Kabul government has never sought creating of Loy Afghanistan but that of Pashunistan a separate homeland for Pashtuns in Pakhtunkhwa where over 90% of the population is Pashtun. Even with independent Pashtunistan policy Kabul lacked sincerity. Khan Abdul Wali Khan in his book Bacha Khan aw Khudai Khidmatgaar Vol.2 1994 pages 614- 622 writes about a conversation he had with king Zahir shah, he had asked the King what do Afghan government mean when they speak of Pashtunistan? The king referred him to the prime minister Hashim Maiwandwal but he couldn’t give a satisfactory answer. Wali khan writes that he was not so naive not to understand that if the higher authority, the king cannot answer his question; no one else will.
Khan Abdulwali Khan further writes about a conversation that took place in Kabul with a foreign ministry official Farhadi when they got together in the celebration of Pashtunistan day. He asked Farhadi the same question. What is the official stance of Afghanistan on Pashtunistan? Does Afghanistan support an independent Pashtunistan? Or political unification of lar aw bar Afghan or just the name change of NWFP to Pashtunistan? It is a long conversation but in short, Wali khan put three options to Farhadi.
Farhadi reply was simple "today's national and international situation, do not allow us to take any of these options."
This was the situation then and even now Afghanistan policy is not clear at all. Worst, in either side there is no political strategies for political unification of Afghans of lar aw bar. In Afghanistan then or now can’t find a movement which demand and work for unification. Afghan Millat was the only nationalist party that could work for this purpose but even they have not put this issue on their agenda. Pashtunisan is occupied so not much can be done by political parties there.
The problem with Afghanistan is NOT throwing any punch even when opportunity presented itself in 1971. It is for the interest of all Pashtuns that the Afghan government comes up with a clear policy regarding Pashtunistan.

- Afghanistan is a country with its forces, planes, tanks and artillery, they should speak to Pakistan to convince them that it is their territory and that it should be given back to Afghanistan, but if they refused to do that then they should use force. Pashtunistan Pashtuns will use force their end.
- If Afghanistan can’t then young Pashtuns of tribal belt should be motivated and supported, secretly though.
- A all out open war, Khudai Khidmatgaar will raise against Punjab and Afghanistan should declare war. Pashtunistan is your soil and these are your resources, lets fight for it.

Even then we didn't allowed them to build military bases in Pakistan like other countries have done.
