Khabari kawey means more converse, it's usually asking if someone can or can't speak in a language rather than asking why they don't speak a certain language . The only one who's trying to "take things away" from Pashtun history, is a Tajik, Mongol, Arab mixture who's trying to pass himself off as a Pashtun; when he actually isn't one
he thinks being a Pashtun is towing stereotypical views about Ahmad Shah Abdali; but forgets that Ghilzais and Abdalis were historical rivals. so a Ghilzais have no reason to praise Abdali.
