My dislike of you is not based on your pakistaniness but the blind nationalism that you carry with you in so much pride. It would be the same if not more even if you were an afghan.
You don't have my attention, don't waste your time.

When it comes to Afghanistan, nobody talks about how Daoud Khan invaded bajaur and started a ruckus. This prompted Ayub Khan to close the border and break ties with Afghanistan which caused the economy of Afghanistan to completely collapse.
The following years which were filled with chaos and confusion among the ruling elite paved the way for the communist revolution. We all know what happens next however.
Honestly this event between Daoud Khan and Ayub Khan was what steered Afghanistan to ruin. That's why its not fair to blame Pakistan for all of the wrongs.

I don't really want to focus on Bangladesh as that wasn't your original question suffice to say that Bengalis (majority of Pakistan) were oppressed and then the Pakistan military launched a bloodbath against them far worse than what Assad is doing in Syria and then Mukti Bahini freedom fighters defeated the traitor Pakistan army and now we are a free and independent country, Alhamdulilah.Originally posted by Karachi View PostSince there are few Pakistanis nationalists here, why does the Pakistani establishment support terrorism? What does Pakistan and Pakistanis gain out of it? Lets be honest you can't win Kashmir, because India is too strong, nor can you take Afghanistan any more, so what is the point? Why are known terrorists walking freely in the country?
Because they cannot engage in a full frontal conventional war with the much more powerful Indian army which has already defeated them a couple of times, so instead they rely on army-backed irregulars or "Islamists" to strike India, or damage Afghanistan or to rule it on their behalf.why does the Pakistani establishment support terrorism?
Not much. What does Pakistan and Pakistanis gain out of it?
But who cares, the country is ruled by the army which is run by Punjabi generals. There may be Mohajir/Pathan figureheads at the top but the upper corps are dominated by Punjabis and Pakistani military studies itself teaches that Punjab is the core, the nucleus of the country which if it fell the country would collapse.
Pakistan is not ruled for the benefit of the masses but for the benefit of the army, which is itself the largest employer in Punjab with a standing army of 0.6 million not to mention reserves.
In a poor country the Pakistan army is a major employer (probably the biggest in the country).
Ultimately if America wanted to, they could lean on the Pakistan army to hand over real power to civilians.
They don't because America is happy to see a military-run Pakistan and thus perpetual conflict between India and Pakistan, two brown countries fighting each other.
India needs to be an enemy.Lets be honest you can't win Kashmir, because India is too strong, nor can you take Afghanistan any more, so what is the point?
If peace is made then there is no need for such a big army.
The Pakistan army (which has lots of businesses and is full of corruption, even the previous military supremo, Kiyani is now being investigated for corruption) would lose massively if there was peace with India and its role reduced.
Plus to be honest Pakistanis Punjabis have a big ego, which needs to be fed. In the absence of any real meaningful achievements they need something to boast about, hence their constant boasting about their army and their incessant boasting about their nuclear bomb (which will never be used).
Because the Pakistan army is allowed to rule the country by America and basically encouraged to keep the region in perpetual conflict for the benefit of white western powers, another game/adventure of theirs is their "Afghan adventure".Lets be honest you can't win Kashmir, because India is too strong, nor can you take Afghanistan any more, so what is the point?
The well-fed, rich, pampered Punjabi generals of Rawalpindi believe they are playing a game of chess with their Indian counterparts.
South Asia is a chessboard and Afghanistan is part of that. Pakistan's "western flank" must be kept under Pakistani influence, hence support for the "Islamist" and to a degree ethno-centric (Pakhtun) Taliban.
Who cares about Afghans and whether they are happy or die, what is more important is feeling good against Indian politicians, generals and diplomats.
The "Muslim" rhetoric is useful for a nationalistic and somewhat cruel, bloodthirsty domestic audience, for motivating cannon fodder and for exploiting wealthy Arab regimes, "Islamist" organizations and others, BUT
actually making life better for Muslims from Afghanistan is irrelevant.
Rhetoric is what counts.
Summary
The US has huge influence over Pakistan and actively allows it to rule the country and destabilize the region thus causing permanent tension in the region. The lack of trade between India and Pakistan harms Pakistan. India is racing ahead economically while Pakistan goes from one disaster to another.

First head of the Pakistan army, Frank Messervy, a white Anglo-Saxon.

First governor of Pakistan's largest province and de facto power centre, Punjab, Francis Mudie, a white Anglo-Saxon.

Arthur Mcdonald head of the Pakistan air force when it ceased being the "Royal Pakistan Air Force" and became the Pakistan Air Force.
A white Anglo-Saxon.

The ISI, founded by Robert Cawthorne, a white Anglo-Saxon.
Pakistan was established by Anglo-Saxon powers to be a "Muslim" Israel and to destabilize the region.
The Kashmir issue was left deliberately unsolved by the British to remain a permanent flash-point between India and Pakistan, i.e. white imperialist divide and rule.
The borders of India and Pakistan were deliberately made awkward as possible for both sides especially in the eastern wing (now Bangladesh).
The Sigiluri corridor

The Sigiluri corridor is a tiny slither of land that connects India's north-east region with the rest of mainland India.
In any war, the then Pakistan and now Bangladesh could have easily disconnected it.
The Bangladeshi military calls this land the "chicken's neck".

Feni
However the British made sure that the then Pakistan, now Bangladesh also had a similar problem in terms of Feni, a small piece of land that connects Chittagong in the south-east to the rest of the country.

Feni marked in red.
Pakistan is merely acting out the function for which it was created i.e. to be a Punjabi "Muslim" Israel that would destabilize the whole region.
Islamic scholars and saints (awliya) of India forewarned of the tragedy and catastrophe that would occur in the future due to the creation of Pakistan and now we are seeing their wise words vindicated.Last edited by Bengal_Tiger; 08-30-2015, 07:29 AM.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Hahaha what? You think we will let some ghulam dirty smelly panjabis etc with the help of British get their artificial state from India and Afghanistan, and forget about it? Seriously Afghanistan and India should together in 1948 handle the situation with slaughtering all British slaves. Then we would not have these problems like Durrand line, Kashmir, etc.Originally posted by ManSindhiAhyan View PostWhen it comes to Afghanistan, nobody talks about how Daoud Khan invaded bajaur and started a ruckus.
