The problem with muslim countries is that people love to take things in their own hands, most of the muslims lands are ruled by mob mentality, even the police can't control these crowds

What an orientalist thing to say. You can't really reduce this to being just an Islamic, or even cultural, issue. I think it's also about poverty, lack of education, and the different forms of structural violence you find in third world countries. That's why mob violence is common in non-Muslim places too, like Africa, India, Latin America, etc.
