Beside Pashtun and Baloch dominated areas in Pakistan. Everyone in Pakistan go around half naked. While your Pakistan's founder drank alcohol and eat pork. Lets not to forget that every Pakistani leader since then did that as well.

Not to mention Pakistanis do premarital intercourse. And their schools are more liberal than the one in the west. So going around in miniskirt is the least of a concern of Pakistanis.
