Gadoonwal is member of aftab sherpao party, he is angry at imran khan because PTI caught his provincial ministers in corruption and kicked them out. In charsada, pashtunwali in the eyes of ANP or QWP, means corruption and haramkhori, so they thought they would enjoy same level of haramtob in governament that their brethren ANP enjoyed during 5 years..
Pashtunwali is a word, and these pashtun nationalists of peshawer valley sells it ,just like mullah sells name of islam. If there is takht e lahore, there is also takht e peshawer.

You dont have to be racially pakhtun to be a punjabi, muhammadzai or gadoons , though speak pakhto, are called kamasal in our langauge.
