Yes we do, i myself am kashmiri and I believe Pakistan has legitimate claims because the partition of India was on the basis of muslim majority states going to Pakistan and Kashmir is majority Muslim.

Also you can't compare Kashmir to KPK and north baluchistan, because Kashmir is really small and the population is only about 6-10 million so it won't be a big change for pakistan but KPK and north Balochistan are almost the same size as Afghanistan and the population of Pashtuns is 35 million, so Afghanistan's population would increase by more than 200%, which would lead to bigger problems.

PS the UN passed a resolution on Kashmir in 1953, whereas there is no Un resolution for the Durrand line and the whole world recognizes Kashmir as disputed territory but Durrand line universally recognized(except by Afghanistan), so it's not considered a disputed territory.

Tajiks are now rich, much more than prior to american arrival and they have access to heavy weapons.
