This is sort of hypocritical because as Khushal mentions even having that BSA pact wont do them any good since it never has in the past.

Cross-border shelling usually gets reported across the board, I find it strange only this kpress is reporting. Tolo would jump at something like this yet they got nothing. Hold judgement till something concrete gets reported.
No, US/NATO would prefer that these Pakistani and Iranian missiles strikes do not occur because it puts their pledges/word on the spot (not out of concern for the civilian casualties this creates) as a farce. It also further erodes their standing as a power structure to be taken seriously.

In fact this is one of the major reasons underscored by Karzai, and why he refused to sign the tissue paper BSA. In the SPA he signed in 2012, it is stated that the US would "defend" Afghanistan from foreign military attack. Pakistan and Iran conduct missile strikes and the US does not respond, violating their own terms.

Pakistan does not conduct missile strikes on Iran or China, so it is clearly taking advantage of the fact that Afghanistan is in a state of war. If there was no state of war, US/NATO are out, and Afghanistan was moderately armed, Pakistan would not do this out of fear of the a military response. This holds if Afghanistan were to have simple Chinese/Russian type heavy artillery positioned at the border. If Afghanistan had a proper airforce, this would not be an issue.

Both arguments raise valid points, one gets the impression that US does not really have a clue as how to proceed post 2014.

Of course they do, they are not idiots. The only thing US-/big companies etc want to do is controlling the drugs and other resources sites. As long as it is civil war, no ones has the time nor power to ask question, like where THE HELL DID all rich natural resources of our motherland vanish?

Like in Libya, Iraq, whole Africa (400 years back), latin America etc. How did they not fool the Greece people, these loans and now Greece can't pay them, private and goverments will buy up whole countries soon. The idea is to make chaos and in the chaos proceed with business as usual. Only a blind fool doesn't see what is going on in the world. This trick is not something new, you make a rival uneducated dog "leader" and give him power to hold the population at stone age state, extract all you need for US/West etc.

"WIN-WIN" if you can take down and maybe genocide another race in process, more land to the globalists mix breeds.

There is nothing of value for Americans in Afghanistan. If we didn't love Arab terrorists so much, then we would be left alone.

              riiiight

so the west spends a trillion plus, invades with hundreds of thousands of soldiers and contractors, and wants to maintain bases until 2024 all for a couple of thousand arab terrorists that wear different shoes on each foot?

              excellent analysis

if your black and white outlook on events were true, then america would of withdrew from afghanistan back in 2002-2004 when there was barely any combat going on at all or would of just invaded pakistan from the beginning.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.
