Well the concept is already well developed.

Of the total Afghan refugees came to Pakistan of them 10% were tajik.most of them are in Peshawar and punjabi region but many of them are in bannu(township and surrounding the Bannu university,) and in dera ismail gilani town is almost 80% occupied by them.

While i really don't have talked to any tajik in person about their possible new country but many on Facebook.and believe me they hate pashtuns including Pakistanis to death.

Even america support them in afghanistan aka the northern alliance.

I've actually never heard of any issues between Afghans or Pakistanis, until I gained access to the internet in the early 2000's.

I've lived around some of them in Queens and Brooklyn, and they never had a chip on their shoulders or hated on Pakistan.

The Pakistani Pashtuns even if they ask for a merger wont want a merger beacuse the region closer to Pakistan in afghanistan are dominated by pashtuns and the land is usually a dud land with nothing worth mentioning.The western region is occupied by tajiks/ubzek/hazara which is ful of resources and a better region by terrain aswell
