Not KPK which is considered a small province.
I don't think it is viable to have just the Hazara province option but I do believe they can do it if they want to. I don't get PTI reasoning for doing so though won't they lose support elsewhere in the province?

As to the other thing they are different people I know that much their physical characteristics by themselves are unique, where I might be wrong is thinking that they are predominantly Shia. I accept your explanation on this.

yep. i believe most of the provinces that are being proposed are actually based on ethnic basis rather than administrative (eg. Jinnahpur, Sarakistan, Hazara, Potohar), but political parties dont really talk about the elephant in the room. . Pashtuns are the biggest lossers in this aspect as their land is currently divided in atleast three parts (KPK, FATA, and Norther Baluchistan). So their political weight fades, while that of Punjabies and Sindhis is exagerated. In total pashtuns are atleast 50 million strong but there land is divided between two countires.WHile sindhis are exclusively in Pakistan, and Same goes for punjabi muslims.

I support Hindko Province (But it should include only hindko Areas)

Be-aware that the area surounding Terbala Dam is Pashtun i.e. Ghazi tehsil of Harupir, Ogai Tehsil of Mansehra and Torghar District. While we all know that swabi and Buner are also pashto speaking. Therefore, Terbala stays with KPK. Below is the proposed map.I have added Potohari land with it to make it a viable province and also ethnically and cuturally the two are very similar. Dont ask me how i feel about them.

If I may ask, what is about Chitral?
It is always included on maps in Pashtun areas. Are there Pashtuns in Chitral?

Most of Chitral speaks Khowar/Kho/Chitrali language. However, pashto is spoken in cities and area close to Dir District ie. drosh tehsil.

Altaf Hussain asks for more provinces to be created

Cites increasing population, inequitable distribution of resources as reason.

KARACHI / HYDERABAD: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain said on Tuesday that new provinces should be created to ensure equitable distribution of country’s resources, Express News reported.
Addressing MQM Rabta Committee, he said that to do away with the sense of inferiority among various communities in Pakistan, the move to create new provinces was essential.
Asserting that administrative units needed to be created at a war footing, MQM chief said that an All Parties Conferences should also be called to decide on such matters.
He added that if new provinces were formed, it would add to the well-being of the state.
Touching upon the rapid increase in population, Altaf said that new provinces was the need of the hour.
Bringing his address to a close, he said that in order to resolve differences between communities it was essential that “realistic” polices are developed and implemented.
Shortly after Altaf Hussain’s address, MQM leader Farooq Sattar said that in order to resolve the challenges facing the country, “there’s no harm in creating more administrative units and no harm in creating more provinces.”
He said that MQM chief has asked for one more APC to be called because, “one conference was not enough.”
Sattar said that the next APC should focus on the day-to-day problems faced by the citizens such as increase in prices and unemployment.

1. Ataf Hussain supported the campaign for a Hazara province, so that he could then in turn justify his call for a separate Mohajir province i.e. MQM control of Karachi and Hyderabad.

This is exactly what is happening now.

2. Tiger Khan, what happens to the Hazara division is for Pashtuns of Pashtunkhwa (i.e. Junoobi Pakthunkha, FATA and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) to decide.

If they prefer Hindkowans to leave I respect that.

As long as Pashtuns get Pashtun-areas of the so-called "Hazara division" and the Tarbela dams.

3. If the Hazara province is created and then Pakistan's internal borders are altered to be fairer for everyone then maybe that would be good.

4. Sindhi nationalists have made it clear that if Karachi leaves Sindh it will mean all out war.

A war in Sindh or Karachi would make Waziristan look like a boys scouts meeting.

Even now Sindhi nationalists can bring the whole of "interior of Sindh" (i.e. Sindh excluding Karachi) to a complete standstill and strike i.e. they are far more organized, efficient and dangerous than Pashtun nationalists e.g. ANP, PMAP.

If Karachi collapses in to war then it could mean the very end of Pakistan itself.

Karachi accounts for 60% of the Pakistani economy and is the commercial capital and biggest city.

If this megapolis port city falls in to a bloodbath then perhaps goods cannot be transported from Karachi to the rest of Pakistan.

i actually agree with you. I can tell you from experiance, that sindhies can not rival pashtuns when it comes to hard work, business or education. But they always follow their leaders, pashtuns are pathetic followers. I agree that pashtun nationalist movement is not as potent as Sindhi. But the problem with pashtuns of KPK is that they are always fighting with each other interms of who is the better the better tribe etc etc. We pashtuns from punjab are much more nationalist and look beyond tribal affiliations. We consider the pashtuns from Afghanistan and Pakistan the same, while alot of pashtuns from KPK dont understand that idea, unless they travel outside KPK which chnages their perspective. Finally, if you just look at Karachi, pashtuns are the largest ethnic group controling major chunk of business. You wont see many sindhies even in Karachi. THat said i agree that Sindhies are most efficent when it comes to impose their political will.

what i have heard some chitrali do speak pashto aswell, since they have to do business with them. Alot of businesses in those areas are run by Dir people. Also there are instances of intermarages. Most of chitralies i know, 8 out of 10 could speak pashto, but they could also speak Chitrali (So there is biligulism in them). where are you from?

Pashtuns from Pukhtunkhwa are being ripped off big time by punjabistanis.
shame on some losers still calling themselves pakistanis.
look at that map ,pukhtunkhwa has been shrinked.

punjabis are taking over pashtun lands.
