TTP, just like the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, Ansar ad-Dine, Ansar Sharia, Jabhat al-Nusrah, Islamic State of Iraq and other Jihadi fronts have all a legitimate islamic cause for which they are fighting. However, their methods are sometimes highly questionable. Yet, the actions do not delegitimize their struggle. Khalid Ibn Walid radiallahu anhu killed people and the Prophet sal allahu alayhi wasalam distanced himself from his action. However, Khalid ibn Walid was never excommunicated or condemned.
Therefore, the just and sensible thing for a Muslim is not to attack all Mujahideen or cast doubts on their motives and intentions when they make errors or when they commit acts we cannot understand.

Regarding killing " a little girl", if you consider a 14 year old female who can read, write, talk, travel on her own to be a little girl, you also consider the wife of the Prophet Muhammad sal allahu alayhi wasalam who was 9 years old to be a little girl. By calling a 14 year old female a little girl, you are basically saying the Prophet Muhammad sal allahu alayhi wasalam got married to a little girl.

The truth is, when a female gets her first period she is no longer a girl but an adult according to Shariah. In our community in Afghanistan and Pakistan, the common age for females to get their first period is between 8 to 12 years. Malala Yousefzai was 14. So according to Shariah law, one cannot claim she is " a little girl".

The question whether shooting her is the right thing to do is easily answered. In Islam we take decisions after weighing the benefits and harms. Decisions like assassinating a person require scholarly knowledge of Islam. A layman is not entitled to be the judge of such serious matters.

What could be said is that assassinating an individual who is spreading malicious propaganda against Muslims is not prohibited. But rather it was the Prophet Muhammad sal allahu alayhi wasalam who ordered Muhammad ibn Maslamah to assassinate Kaab ibn Ashraf.

If a senior scholar, a Mujtahid who is a legitimate leader of the Muslims decides that a harmful individual should be assassinated, then it not up to us laymen to condemn him.

Since I am considered a layman in matters of Shariah law, I cannot be the person who critiques such decisions. For this I consult people of knowledge and ask their views. So far, what I have learned is that this decision did not meet the criteria of a sound decision according to Shariah law.

she is a young girl, little girl, young woman, it doesn't matter. it is obvious she is a young person who has been used by her opportunistic father for means she probably doesn't understand. your long winded response is the typical tip toe around the answer of whether or not her shooting was justified. a time out? sure, a slap in the face? why not, but shooting to kill? what kind of ****ing madness is this. it sure as hell isn't islam.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Malala's speech was noble and sincere and also proof that Allah is not on the Taliban's siide or the side of Pashtun culture. Grown men couldn't kill a 14 year old girl says something.

with her the road is being paved for Fanaticism and backwards thinking Pashtunwali to be thrown into the garbage bin of history

it's because these grown men suffer from an identity cisis, they feel humiliated and emasculated which has turned into a mental disorder.

show a hadith where Nabi(saw) ordered the murder of a 14 year old girl for promoting education.

This exactly proof that Allah is in Pashtuns side and their culture. Allah have shown not even a bullet can stop power of Pashtun will. This shows that Pakistan and its creation cannot hold Pashtuns down and erase their culture. Pashtun people will revive its culture and become proud and strong as their ancestors.

if allah had made them slightly wiser instead of proud and strong, they might have developed a sense better than killing each other.

There is no nation, country, ethnicity, race who doesn't kill each other or haven't at some point. You be surprised what the most developed countries have gone through to get to this point. Believe it or not, but Pashtuns are allot wiser than most. The thing is many unfortunate events have taken place and have put Pashtuns in bad position. I bet if it was any other ethnicity in Pashtuns place, they would have been extinct by now. It is to Pashtuns very wisdom and strength that they are still here today.

This is false because in Pashtun culture teaches that girls should not be educated, so Malala represents everything Pashtunwaliis against. so as we have more Malalas we have less Pshtunwali unti there is nothing left That is why Allah is not on the Pashtuns side, and he never will be, he wants Pashtun culture gone so that Pashtun people can become Roshan fikr and free fro pas rafta Pashtunwali

That is what your Punjabi master told you. I never heard in my life time, that Pashtun culture is against women education. Every Pashtun I know, every Pashtun I meet have always been positive about education and encourage education. Your lowly view on other people and their culture is nothing but bad education and low self-esteem.
