MillatNoorzai, my information is reliable ... And Karzai really is working on Durand Line to get it accepted as the International border ... However, I don't rule out he may be acting pro-actively i.e., to better position Pashtuns in the light of a possible civil war involving different ethnic groups of Afghanistan.

But how is this possible for Karzai saib to take such an important decision without ratifying it from Loya Jirga? Do you think such a decision will be endorsed by Loya Jirga? Besides the people of Occupied Pakhtunkhwa are also a party in this matter, so how could Karzai saib do this on its own? In my view these are mere wild speculations just to defame karzai saib.
