And this is what a typical baloch person looks like. As you can see they share the same facial features with different skin tones.

Why do we include Balochistan in a hypothetical Pashtunistan?

People from same ethnicites also come in different sizes but they are easy to identify and look the same most of the time. A good eye (like myself) can tell who is a pashtun by just looking at them. Majority of us have pale skin, dark to light hair and light eyes. It's not hard at all to see the difference between a pashtun and a Punjabi.Originally posted by Admin Khan View PostNot true. You can't even properly tell who is a Pashtun, since we too come in all different size and flavors.Last edited by Kushan Prince; 02-27-2013, 10:13 PM."Revenge is a dish best served cold".

It helps to see lots of faces. Some Portuguese look like Spaniards and vice versa, some Chinese look like Japanese and vice versa, some Afghans look like Mexicans and vice versa, but separate them into a crowd and you can get a feel for each groups distinctive features.
I agree that Pashtun phenotypes have a wide range, unlike lets say, Koreans and Germans.
@KP Is that Balochi Taliban? I read that black turbans usually indicate a man on a mission (in other words jihad). He looks like he knows what he's doing judging by the way he has his equipment set up, and his casual vibe as if to say, "da kar hameysha kawum".

Nope. He is 100 % Pashtun. My dad looks very similar to this man, he has green eyes, pale skin but minus the beard. Trust me on this.Originally posted by RevolutionThroughReason View Post"Revenge is a dish best served cold".

I don't think he is a Taliban member. A black turban is mostly associated with Islam and is a way of paying homage to the prophet Muhummad (PBUH). So I hear. In jihad a black turban is mostly worn.Originally posted by SiiNii View PostIt helps to see lots of faces. Lol what makes you keep thinking they are nuristani? Pashtuns can't be light as well? The obvious Pashtun features on this man like the long nose, narrow eyes are a huge giveaway. Nuristanis look more like Europeans, and no,Pashtuns can't look like "anything" as some people on here keep thinking. Oh btw the same website posted separate pics of nuristanis.Originally posted by RevolutionThroughReason View PostPeople that look like me: Pashtuns | unsafe harbour

Kushan I'm sure you're a nice guy and all but you're known for making extremely tenuous claims. I won't trust a blog on describing Pashtuns. I'll trust my own experience and evidence I can corroborate.
Your claim was that he is the "average" Pashtun meaning that on a typical day you'll see the median number of Pashtuns looking like him. I say even if he was Pashtun he's the EXCEPTION!!!
There's plenty of evidence of "average Pashtuns"
The men in these videos are "Average" Pashtuns
Pashto song for all pashtoon very nice must see - YouTube
