The soviet union controlled by the US is not an established fact even though they were nurtured by the Americans.

You do realize Ahmad Shah Abdali was nurtured by the persians and then destroyed the persians to the ground(as was Khushal Khan Khattak nurtured by the Moghuls who he was trying to destoy). So in your wacky theory the persians controlled Abdali with a computer brain chip and then programmed him to destroy them so they can tell the world that they have a pashtun insurgency as well.
