Taliban are the only solution for Afghanistan

All these perceptions are completely wrong that Taliban were or are supported by Pashtuns or there was peace during their brutal 6 years occupation of Afghanistan. Only in 6 years they turned the whole country into a cemetary and destroyed nearly every historical and cultural value of the Afghan society. They indiscriminately killed their opponents for minor criticism, they worked as their mentors in Pakistan wanted, and they still lack any support. Terrorizing people is completely different from getting someone's support. If you have weapons and are known for brutalities and you seize a house, the people inside the house may not say anything against you, but that does not mean they support you. The moment they get freedom and protection, you will know what they think about you.

Shlombay sahib, thanks for your welcome.
Now to the topic: how do you describe 'peace'?
- Mass killing of minorities?
- Letting only people of a certain ideology (nationality did not matter) to enter the country and do whatever they wanted?
- Letting an international network of terrorists to turn the country into a series of caves?
- Indiscriminate killing of political opponents?
- No infrastructure, no political system?
- Insulting and executing people for minor religious differences?
- Complete ban on media and criticism?
- Insulting people of other religions by ordering them to wear yellow clothes?
- Closing schools and burning books?
- Having enough resources for weapons and military trainings but not for jobs and work?

Propaganda based? That is very easy saying but that does not change the facts. The entire world knows about these things. Hundreds of books are written about their brutalities. They are still killing people on a mass level.Originally posted by DaNangarharZuwan View PostHalf of your list is propaganda based.

And what about Pakistani Taliban? Is this a typical Pakistani munafiqat in which Pakistani Taliban are terrorists and Afghan Taliban are freedom righters?Originally posted by Sweet View PostAfghan Taliban are the Great People on the Earth. If you believe everything in the books, then you should believe this one as well.Originally posted by hairan View PostPropaganda based? That is very easy saying but that does not change the facts. Read Mao/Che, they both correctly state that the backbone of all guerilla movements is the local population. Infact all military generals and statesmen say that hence you get card stacking, psyops and hearts and minds operations!
So my question is, how can a guerilla movment whose very backbone is the local population put up a decade long uncontainable resistance if they were "killing people on a mass level"?

For a long time I was puzzled by the same question.Originally posted by naziaMy question to all those USA supporters are, How can you side with a country that has raped and killed innocent people? They made a mess out of Pashtunkhwa and Afghanistan. They ruined our international image.
They probably somehow benefited financially from the current occupation of Afghanistan.
Another reason is, because people are as stupid as doorknobs. They have no idea how the current colonization of Afghanistan only benefits a few, while majority are suffering.
Yet another reason is, because people rather see other being killed, raped and tortured, than see music and dancing and drinking and prostitution being prohibited.[SIZE="4"][B][CENTER][URL="www.quranawsunnat.com"]www.quranawsunnat.com

America has not yet taken any resources from Afghanistan to cover the cost of the war so far. But private actors such as companies responsible for production of arms have benefited from the war. Many other so called aid organizations from America have collected billions of money they suppose to spend on reconstruction in Afghanistan. Instead, most of the money went straight back to rich Americans and some filthy criminal Afghans.Originally posted by naziaDo you think the USA took our resources?
Can you also share your thoughts in that thread started by a member here, I believe it was a HE and he asked if Taliban was a political movement.
I've already responded to taliban being a political group topic.[SIZE="4"][B][CENTER][URL="www.quranawsunnat.com"]www.quranawsunnat.com

If America wants to liberate the Muslim women so little girls can learn how to sing and dance at school, why does America not invade Saudi Arabia? Women in Saudi Arabia are not even allowed to drive cars.Originally posted by naziaexactly. me and you are on the same page.
America has yet to reap its benefits. Like my dad says,
"If American wants to be so kind and caring why dont they go visit Africa and save Africans who are dying from starvation? why are they so nice to us?"
Yet America does not love Saudi women as much as they love Afghan women. They send thousands of troops to Afghanistan to defend our women against Taliban. But they do nothing about Saudi Arabia?[SIZE="4"][B][CENTER][URL="www.quranawsunnat.com"]www.quranawsunnat.com

Mao although a great guerilla commander was a failure in terms of economics. His great leap forward killed millions.Originally posted by akbarkhan View PostIf you believe everything in the books, then you should believe this one as well.
