now for the explanation; because in Islam the wrong doer(s) are the one responsible for wrong doing, not someone else.
But this specific law is based on truth. This is a natural law therefore it is Gods law. The wrong doers are the ones advocating war and pro longing the suffering.
What I am saying is that NATO has failed in its goal of stabalizing the country. It has actually promoted policy to increase instability therefore they are the wrong doers. Since they are failures and are unable to stablize the country, they should get out and let the people handle it without interference by foreign forces that are on the ground.

The people can handle the local wrong doers, it is actually their right to do so, not some foreigner.

      crappy music clip, btw.
The insurgency has no central authority. local people fight for different reasons just like during the soviet days. When the soviets left and the afghan government fell, who was able to control these local commanders who swarmed the cities like hornets and pillaged and raped people in the cities. Hekmatyar, Rabbani, or mosood could not control them. It was pure barbary.

There are even drug dealers who fight under the taliban flag against NATO just to protect their drug trade, they don't take orders from any one but themselves.
Even if Mullah Omar makes peace with the afghan government and NATO, it still does not guarantee that local commanders will stop fighting. Each has their own local emir.

      • it does not prove that there is no central authority commanding a certain amount of fighters called taliban, because you say there isn't, khushal.
but it also does not mean that everyone who fights against the invaders, and is accused of being a taliban, is a taliban.

but i think revo is coming from this angle, in his objections to the 'taliban' as an organised group. ie: "that person is not of us who inviteth others to aid him in oppression; and he is not of us who fight for his tribe in injustice; and he is not of us who dieth in assisting his tribe in tyranny".

          well O Hanlon says it.

The Taliban, after all, is not a centralized group -- but rather is made up of several factions throughout Afghanistan and parts of Pakistan,
but I know more than him, take what I say as fact

I've never seen any evidence in nature that this is natural law, in fact I see quite the contrary, that the group doing the wrong become morallly reprehensible by the nature of committing the act.

NATO's goal was never to stabilize the country; I don't know why you keep insisting this misrepresented narration of opposing views; insomuch as myself and Randolph and other Ikhwan-oriented thinkers on this forum, we see NATO as an imperialist vanguard. At the same time we don't see Taliban as genuine resistance against imperialism. NATO's wrong doing is their imperialism, the Taliban's is their treacherous activities against Afghans. NATO is not responsible for the Taliban's acts

we've had this debate already; rehashing it won't make your analysis real
