Ofcourse NWFP is pathentic imposition but "kunar"? It is an indecent and obscene name. I dont know what is the history behind name of kunar province but either the abusive word "kunarr" is absent in their dialect or kunarians are used to this name.

Jodigul you are hanging on to straws. This is hands down the most peculiar thread and is very insulting to kunarr people. Kunarr is not a curse in standard pashto. No one is stupid to name their province or area (its a river also) by a curse word, especially when they speak that language. Jodigul either show proper proof it came from there, or I would request you to take back this absurd assertion.

I am an ordinary citizen of pakistan, i have no authority or power for renaming a province. ANP is doing its job, so dont ask me to change name of NWFP.
And you also want to say that after completing task of renaming, i have then the right to talk?
