are there any here who love afghanistan so much that they actually live there?
just because we are seperated from home physically , doesnt mean we dont love it .
there fore just because i live some where else ,doesnt mean i also love or have to love the place where i live .

war has driven most of us out and put a burden on us not only to support ourselfes but our remaining family .

hahaha ... I have not come across a single one yet.
but contrary to the hundred of thousands of pakistanis who live in the uk , we were forced to leave our home , but i ask my self , if you or your ancestors loved britian so much that they left it for australia ?

shebaz loves pakistan because he makes a living there some money , thats all , he will love every country which he is sent ,as long he is making money . that says alot about him .

take away the money and you will see how soon he will change his mind , realizing that he has got no place in the county of the filfth .

there is poetry written about the love of Afghanistan that is hundreds of years old. As Abbasina says ex pat afghans have beeen forced out by war. The pakis left for money and better economic opportunity. your ancestors on the other hand left Britian either because they were no longer wanted there becasue they were petty theives and murderers or they pillaged and murdered the indegenous people of Australia. Our history is honorable and proud while your history is shameful and disgusting and I am well aware the white guilt is eating you up inside.

Most afghans that war forced out of Afghansitan went to pakistan and then they wanted to get out of the filth that is called pakistan. no one blames them. Even pakistanis were claiming to be Afghan refugees so they could get into the western countries. What they would do for money.

now ask an afghan why they love afghanistan.

When I say it's 'HOME' to us. Isn't that reason enough? I guess it's more than enough

Is this the best assumption you could come up with?

Ofcourse, who will love a place where they can't find a piece of bread? But than when you know that somebody is not letting you find a piece of bread in that place and that place belongs to you .. You change your system you change the people. You just don't quit. You just don't run away. Because, if you do run away.

Pekhawar was the hub of bombing for years? How many people left it, just because of the bombing? I don't know of any family who left Pekhawar because of that.

What you need to understand is that Pakistan is also in a state of war let it be un-officially.

Pakistanis claiming to be Afghan Refugees? You mean the Pakistani Pakhtuns? Well, that could have happened.

But hey you saying that the Afghan Refugees want to get out of Pakistan? I'vent met one single of such kind in Karachi. To add further to the note, some markets of Karachi like Johar Complex, Pehelwan Goth, Light House are full of Pashtuns from Qandahar etc.

PS: Unlike ANP, I in no way want the Afghan refugees to quit unless and until they want to go back themselves

guilt has a colour? interesting khushal.
i love your predictably banal response khushal. when are you guys gonna get some intellectual creativity happening?
i can't believe people are so stupid as to be having a 'we love afghanistan more than you love pakistan'. competition.

well i am sure you will find masses of loving poetry about all countries, so what's the point? IF areas of pakistan were once afghanistan then wouldn't this loving poetry also be about there?
your mulim invading history is just as pukey but i get the impression many of you think muslims went around the world, waving a magic wand and everyone bent down and kissed the muslim invaders backsides.

that is not what i am reading in the history books.

dear, khushal probably feels inadequate as he is not living in afghanistan but in the biggest hypocrite, u.s.a. who is one of the main reasons afghanistan is invaded. maybe even paying tax money towards it.
i sympathise to a degree but that doesn't justify this constant, niggling persecution of you and others on the pakistan side.
love/adoration is easy from a distance, when one does not have to put up with the negatives of people or place.
but why have all these people not gone back to afghanistan when they are in wealthy countries where they can earn money to go back there?
not too many talked of returning on the thread about that subject either.

                      geera de mubarak sha shahbaza.

Home is where the heart is and nobody's heart is in pakistan. Pakistan was not bombed the way Afghanistan was. Dont compare it as the same. There has been no law in afghanistan for more than 30 years now and two superpowers have turned it upside down. Pakistan has one of the largest armies in the world, it has a functioning judiary system although corrupt but functioning.

When did muslims exterminate whole populations and colonize their lands so the original owners could never claim land grabs.
Guilt does not have a color but here in the states Blacks label the guilt whites have about their history as "white guilt." shame shame.

Austarlia is as hypocritical as the USA if not more. I am not harrassing Shahbaz, I have respect for him since I consider him one of my people. I just want him to defend his stance and his beleifs. His country uses Afghan glory as their own glory. shame shame.

Yes and Pakistan is the enemy of those sons and daughters of Adam. It is preventing south asians and central asians to live in peace and harmony. it is preventing balance and economic trade between these two historic regions who always had good relations and trade. Why are you loving the enemy of the sons and daughters of Adam.
