Hazaras are Afghans and welcome in Afghanistan always whether Pashtun-centrists like it or not.

Abdurrahman Khan is not the subject here but the will and right to self-determination of Afghans.

Hazaras are Afghan citizens but since you deny "nation states", something like a "nationality" doesn´t exist in your world view. And since Hazaras are not ethnic Pashtuns and they don´t want to be called Afghans but Hazaras, you championing for their "identity rights" sounds weird.

Ok fine, Hazaras are welcome in the land currently called the "Nation State" of AFghanistan. But that's irrelevant, my belief in the legitimacy of Nation-States doesn't preclude that they exist; and thus since they do they're welcome.
