To talk only about Pashtuns in Afghanistan and Pakistan is a blow to the integrity of both countries. For Afghanistan, it is an established policy of anti-Afghans specially the Pakistani intelligence agencies .

Talking about just Pashtuns as you do is neither historically nor politically correct. It is a narrow racist view which is not supported by any nationalist. Afghanistan and any other state CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be run by one race.

The ethnic issue in Pakistan is much important as Pakistan is a federation of four major federating units occupying a certain land and by the very definition, it is the federating units which havs to sacrifice some rights to the center to run the business of the govt not the otherway round. Afghanistan, on the contrary, is unitary in nature.

So your hate for non pashtuns that too those of Afghanistan seems to be loaded and biased.

Yousafzais will have to do with Kabul and Kandahar one day as geographical boundries are neither sacred nor permanant. The fall of Berlin wall has proved it.

This is the result of state sponsored propaganda. You will be surprised to know that a body of Pashtuns genuinely believed that Pashto is the language of Hell. They actually believed this. Then came Hamza Baba and the legendary 'Wayee Aghyaar Che Da Dozagh Jaba.....'

The evolving nature of the current states is evident by the case of post-Saddam Iraq. The Arab repression of the Saddam era meant that the state was on the verge of collapse and fragmentation into Sunni Iraq, Shia Iraq, Kurdistan and Turkmeneli. All these desires for autonomy and independence were genuine. The Baghdad administration gave historic concessions to the ethnic peoples. Kurdistan was allowed a seperate flag and the right to use the Kurdish language. Furthermore, they despised the Pan-Arabic colors and symbolism of the Iraqi flag. This was also conceded to the Kurds. What resulted in the end that a secular constitution with autonomy for Kurds and Turkmens and reversal of all the oppressive Arab facist measures of Saddam Hussein. This is the way how modern multi-ethnic states are run smoothly.
Now look at Pakistan. It has discrimination and inequality running in it's foundations. The repression of Pashtuns, Balochs, Sindhis and Siraikis and the religious minorities is enshrined and ground into the institutions of Pakistan. The Punjabi hegemony has been given institutional cover. States cannot be sustained in this way. That is why the days of Pakistan are numbered unless drastic measures are taken.

I agree with you however calling a territory your country is different from taking pride in it. These are not necessarily the same concepts. Taking pride in a country does not apply to the people of occupied territories within that country. Balochistan is part of the country called Pakistan but they dont take pride in it as the forces of same country are target killing them. Pakhtuns ,those who are politically aware ,though are a part of Pakistan, but they dont take pride in it as the same state is commiting their genocide by using them as a guinnea pig at the altar of the state. You will see a lot of royally screwed loyal Pakhtuns not aware of this bitter reality. Sindhis though are one of the oldest living nations in Pakistan but they prefer to call themselves as Sindhis than Pakistanis and look up to Sindho desh as a country of their dreams.

I'm not saying that all take pride in it.. that is not the case alhamdulillah. But there are a number of people who do take pride in it. They sure are not the majority and we cannot generalize, but they exist and that makes this matter much more complex.

I think you are generalising, most of Pashtuns whether literate or illiterate knows very well the root and some history of their respective tribes. Pashtuns of Pakhtunkhwa call Afghanistan as their motherland because they know that their tribes have migrated from afghanistan to these lands centuries ago, despite the double number of Pashtuns here.

Do not forget khattak tribe too.
99% of khattaks are pakistan loving....and i think khattak is 2nd biggest tribe of pashtunkhwa. The case of Peshawar people has already been discussed.
The Afghans crossing durand are usually very simple and loving people, believe me.
A few of them cross border and spread negativity. They must be sent back from our Paak-Land.

^I 'm that Afghan who is settled here 130 yrs ago and have now Pakistani nationality. I have got every facility of life from pakistan, so why would i hate my present country.

As far as difference is concerned, those Afghans r creating difference who cross the border. If they will spread hatred for my country, they r disgusting for me. I want to send them back.

Otherwise, all Afghans r my elder brother and are always welcome inPakistan
