I dont because where would they even THINK of an idea like that , where would they even IMAGINE doing such a thing? It's their own perversion there. They used other methods of torture and mutilation before 9/11. There is no denying that the taleban made mistakes and thier greatest mistake was turning against their own people. Hopefully, even if they are given a second chance, they don't abuse it.
