Somebody poinoned him, no one knows who actually killed him. His father as the murderer is pure speculation.

Taraki was dispatched by the soviets to kill Amin, Amin learned of the plot and struck first. Then they showed up.

        1. Hence why I said reportedly

        2. Thats after the fact. Im talking about after the coup, when general discontentment was starting to form. The Soviets rejected intervention requests by Tarakai. It was after Tarakai was killed and Amin started doing his own thing that they decided to enter

The Nation of Islam is a black supremacist new religious movement founded in Detroit, Michigan by Wallace D. Fard Muhammad in July 1930, stating their goals to improve the spiritual, mental, social, and economic condition of African Americans in the United States.

Now, here is the interesting piece of information about the founder, Wallace Fard Muhammad - copied from wikipedia.

A World War I draft registration card for Wallace Dodd Ford, from 1917, indicated he was living in Los Angeles, California, unmarried, as a restaurant owner, and reported that he was born in Shinka, Afghanistan on February 26, 1893.

Shinka or Shinkay is a town in Zabul, Afghanistan.

The followers of Nation of Islam are actually not muslims. You just have to read the wikipedia article about them and you will know what is going on. Malcom X and Muhammad Ali (boxer) were members of the Nation of Islam, but later became Sunni muslims.

Those reports are fabricated. First of all no one had the balls to admit they killed Wazir Akbar Khan because they would have been the most hated people in Afghanistans history since he was such a loved figure. They fabricated reports on his father by saying that his father was afraid of his ambitions but Wazir Akbar khan never challenged his fathers command. There were many people jealous of his successes so many had motive.

I dont know whats more shocking, that the founder was a white guy or that the founder was from Afghanistan.

This story goes back to the era of 1900

A british agent who was smuggeled into afghanistan eastern province of paktia lived among us for several years, and the people thought he was an islamic scholar and he was the imam in this place for several years and he spoke well pashto and the people thought he is an afghan refugee ( Kuchai) but then he told us to repeat our prayers and that he was an agent of the british imperialists and your prayers were for vain.

There is a book about this

                        British agents in Afghanistan (1879)

Unfortunate how easily we are impressed by people with a beard who can say a few sentences in arab. same goes for people who are impressed by a few sentences of English and miniskirts and mistake it for knowledge and freedom. afsos.

intresting story that, The brits are so cunning and we are so simple minded.

These were difficult times and our people were less educated in islam than today.
What i can say we were a warrior tribe til today we are the source of warriors, the problem only today is some are in the ANA but mostly we supported the resistance and we were resistance against foreign elements.

We had agreement with all the governments before Amanullah that we will never obey and they will leave us (loya paktya) in peace-and we will fight if it comes to war.

Sadely this agent escaped and also the russian pilots and soldiers and tanks we had captured.

Our respected leader led us in a ambush on a sunny day when the birds were telling us when the plane came and go in which we were able to capture russian and afghan pilots who later escaped (lol we let them work in the fields ( we did not tortured anyone).
