No i don't believe that you are any agent for anyone. You need to be smart and clever to be a secret agent for any organization. They don't hire people like you, honestly don't worry about that part. So based on Osuli saib's statement you are just a volunteer agent for foreigners and foes of Afghanistan and Pashtuns. You don't get any pay cheque from them but whatever you say and do benefit them and damages the cause of Pashtuns and Afghanistan.
