MEANING .... THE ACT WAS .. the unlawful compelling of a person through physical foce or duress to have sexual intercourse, or, any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person.

          1. We need the proof she was raped.
          2. If she was raped according to medical exam, and the DNA test shows the person you accuse is guilty, then he has to be executed.

its really not that simple to prove rape.. i dont know how you can prove rape via DNA exam... you can prove that the deed was done, so to speak, but you cannot prove wether or not it was forced. depending on when it was done there may have been physical proof of a struggle, but that might mean nothing now if this act was done months ago...

then why do you blame it on people, that's how things are

either you have the proof she was raped and the man is guilty then you can punish the man

or you don't and we won't kill someone without proof because he can be innocent

what happened to this Afghan woman has nothing to do with Islamic teachings, she was ruled by man-made laws

                not according to the sunnah.

Hadith (Hadis) Books (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu-Dawud, and Malik's Muwatta)

“Narrated Wa’il ibn Hujr: “When a woman went out in the time of the Prophet (P) for prayer, a man attacked her and overpowered [raped] her. She shouted and he went off, and when a man came by, she said: That [man] did such and such to me. And when a company of the Emigrants came by, she said: That man did such and such to me. They went and seized the man whom they thought had had intercourse with her and brought him to her.

She said: Yes, this is he. Then they brought him to the Apostle of Allah (P).

When he [the Prophet] was about to pass sentence, the man who [actually] had assaulted her stood up and said: Apostle of Allah, I am the man who did it to her.

He [the Prophet] said to her: Go away, for Allah has forgiven you. But he told the man some good words [Abu Dawud said: "meaning the man who was seized"], and of the man who had had intercourse with her, he said: “Stone him to death.“4

You are right in that this has to do with man made laws but it is barbaric to have someone imprissoned for being raped.... and only let her out if she agrees to marry the man that commited this violent act against her...

We need the proof that you are a human being, and not some fungus growing on a keyboard.

You will need to provide testimony from 4 female relatives - who can actually tolerate you.

Troll? You come here puking your corruption if Islam and saying it's our deen; when everytime you open your mouth I can ALWAYS find a Hadith or statement by the Ulama which proves you wrong.

You are NOT a Muslim and never were; stop trying so hard to fit in, you don't belong, Slave of France.

You know in Iraq, the Mujahideen were fighting against the Kufar and were winning; until AlQaeda started joining in, then they started murdered an 8 year old girl for taking candy from the Americans and that's how the "Anbar Uprising" happens. Get a clue; it's people LIKE YOU who push others who would be fighting Amerca to actually join sides with them because you're the worse evil.
