True, that is why I don't like ANP though my own uncle is an MPA from ANP.
They take vote in the name of Pashtuns but don't care about Pashtuns and Pashtunwali and Pashtun culture rather go opposite of what they are supposed to do.

I think most members here are not aware of the realities of Pashtun society. Homosexuality in the Pashtun society has been accepted secretly for decades, probably centuries. I know its disgraceful, but what do you expect from an society, where women are unavailable to socialise with, and men are your only option of enjoyment(haha).

I guess nobody has ever been to any hostel in Peshawer or seen how little boys are treated in Kandahar.

These issues, will never go away, unless one reforms society, and I really doubt religion will play any key in this, as Mullahs are well known in indulging in sexual acts with young Madrassah students. Go ask anyone from Pakhtunkhwa, and they will tell you.

The problem with peoples reaction to the video is due to the fact, they assume that this only happens in the West, when infact, Pashtun region is full of boy dancers and prostitutes and nobody has spoken out against it nor tried to help those young boys who are exploited.

Some find it difficult to accept out of pride, but rest assured, this kind of things happens everyday in the Pashtun region, and unless we speak out against it, it will continue to happen.

Before making judgements about the ANP, I think a reasonable person would consult the ANP through email etc before making or drawing any conclusions about their party.

This dancer, could be someone off the street who has joined the protest. If its in Karachi, then I am sure most here know, that Karachi is full of She Male dancers.

Amir saib, its not just this video but ANP as whole has become the stooges of pakistani state and ISI policies. Pakhtunkhwa pashtuns need a better and more honest leader than Asfandyar to represent them. Is Asfandyar really fit to lead pashtuns of pakhtunkhwa?
Pashtuns of KPK need a better alternative. Asfandyar has done almost nothing for people of KP.

About prostitution and homosexuality. You are right, it exists everywhere. no one can deny that but it should never be allowed into mainstream society, like in the west where TV shows are becoming more and more accepting of homosexual acts and infact its fashionable to be "gay" in the west. Having affairs and one night stands is considered norm, and partners are seperating from each other leaving kids with one parent. One parent families are becoming the norm in west. This is not my rant against the west or their systems. I am just saying, we should learn from this, so we don't have to go through this ourselves. We should take good things from the west such as rule of law and productivity but should leave other stuff alone when its in conflict with our culture and basic human dignity.
Its a good thing its underground which means not that many people will be exposed to and it won't be considered the norm.
