  • Message of Felicitation of the Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen on the Occasion of Eid-ul-Od

    Friday, 04 November 2011 12:31 -

In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful
Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. There is no god but Allah and Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. All praises are for Allah (Glory to Him, the Exalted).
All Praise are due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds and may His Peace and Blessings be upon the leader of the Mujahideen and the Imam of the Messengers, Our Master and Prophet and upon his Family and Companions. To proceed:
Verily, We have granted you Al-Kauthar (1) Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice (2) For he who hates you, he will be cut off (3).(Al Kauthar)
To the Afghan Mujahid nation and to the Islamic Ummah!

May the peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you all.
First of all I would like to extend to you my heart-felt felicitation on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Odha! May Allah accept in His Sight your sacrifices, charity, worship, the Hajj of the Pilgrims, their prayers and the Jihad and struggle of the courageous Mujahideen! May Allah bless the heirs of the Martyrs with patience and compensate them with which is better and may Allah safeguard their families and orphans.
May Allah, the Lord of Glory, exchange the suffering and hardships of the oppressed Muslims with joy and well-being. May He release our prisoners from the inhumane jails of the enemy and reunite them with their families and May Allah, the Lord of Glory, crush and humiliate our enemy with his Omnipotence.
Similar to other Eid’s, I would once again like to shed light on our stance regarding important issues associated with our and your future:
For ten years now, our courageous Mujahideen have been engaging in Jihad against a cruel and incursive enemy for a noble cause and are presenting countless sacrifices in this path everyday. They have pushed the most materially advanced and arrogant power of the world to the verge of collapse with Allah’s Divine Help. Thousands of their troops have been killed and maimed while others face permanent disabilities and mental disorders, compelling their people to rise up in opposition and take to the streets. The American and Western people have no further taste for extending the Afghan war and seeing their soldiers return in coffins!!
It is only the Bounty and Grace of Allah Almighty that He chose us for the service of our country and Islam in this crucial and sensitive period and suppressed the greatest enemy of Islam with our hands. My memorandum to the Mujahideen is that they should consider all their victories only on due part to Allah Almighty’s Divine Help and the innumerable sacrifices put forward by the people. You should be heedful in your sincerity, good intentions and piousness in individual and social actions; do not delve into hypocrisy and arrogance; show no laxity in service to the Muslims; do not wrongly pester and daunt anyone by the barrel of the gun; deal circumspectly with State Treasury; show strong obedience to your leaders and do not submit to your whims and desires.
Mujahid Brothers! You know very well that our enemy is facing an unambiguous defeat. The ongoing Badre military operation tasked for the current year has quelled all of their conspiracies and designs. The enemy has suffered immense human and material losses in all parts of the country, including in the capital Kabul. In view of these prevailing sensitive conditions, all in authority and subjects should consolidate their unity because the enemy is now attempting to divide their ranks under various names. It is trying to attribute the perplexing and glorious operations, military advancements and achievements of Islamic Emirate to foreigners so to hide their shameful defeat and create artificial rationales for permanent presence in Afghanistan by falsely indicting the neighboring countries. But the enemy must realize that their purchased Jirgas and permanent bases have and will be strongly opposed by us and will on no account be permitted to materialize.
Our esteemed countrymen inside and outside the country must use their perspicacity, take supplementary steps to neutralize the enemy plots and not fall for their propaganda. They should inform themselves about the activities of Islamic Emirate through its official Spokesmen, Websites and Press Releases. Our nation must further its support to their Mujahideen as per the past decade and must amplify their forbearance and patience.
Our Jihad is for attaining the gratification of Allah Almighty as well as the country’s peace, freedom and sovereignty. We are shielding a creed which is communal between you and us (Islam) and we firmly believe that honor and dignity are destined for us. We will once more live in the world with our heads held high as a noble nation, if Allah wills it.
We once again invite the internal opposition to renounce their cooperation of the invaders for the sake of their religion and people and call on them to stand shoulder to shoulder with Mujahideen against the foreign occupation. Being sincere in this regard, you will find that the doors of Islamic Emirate are wide open for you or you should at least adopt your normal lives. Your life, wealth and honor will be protected.
Afghanistan is without a doubt the shared home of its many ethnicities. The sovereignty and protection of this home is an obligation on all. Our foreign enemies must realize with full conviction that we are not bluffing or talking out of place but are unequivocally calling them to the solution of this problem which is:
From the very first day of your invasion of Afghanistan, you did not lend an ear to our stance or you looked at it with an enemy’s eye but now you have seen that you have journeyed in vain for the past ten years, spent your treasure and spilled your blood in a wasted effort. How do you weigh the condition of Afghanistan and America compared with the past decade?
If you do not try to delude yourselves and the world than indeed you will accept that both the countries have regressed, not progressed compared to that time. As regards to the situation of Afghanistan; if you are still optimistic about the futile Bonne Conferences and the lies of your Generals then surely you are headed on the path towards more failures and devastation!
Our people are not ones who succumb to other nations. We do not turn our backs on our creed and stance. We do not cherish this life to the extent that we abandon our religion but rather our life and death are and will be solely for the sake of Allah Almighty. We take pride in and are happy to offer sacrifices in the path of Allah (Glory to Him, the Exalted) while you fight for expansionism, wealth and money. Your soldiers do not have the spirit to fight and lose moral easily hence all your reliance is on military weapons and hardware.
According to reliable information, hundreds of thousands of your troops have come to and gone from Afghanistan on rotational deployment basis but you are still being confronted by the Mujahid and Talib of the first day; he is neither tired nor has he wavered. So now you only have one choice and that of removing all of your military forces from our country as quickly as possible and this is for your own benefit. Leave this nation and soil to the sons of this soil. This soil is the concern of Afghans. The establishment and the nature of system here is the job of the Afghans. We do not want to harm other nations and countries. We believe the resolution to all conflicts and tribulations resides in realization and understanding. We had said this a decade ago and reiterate it again. For this purpose we have given guidance to the concerned authority of Islamic Emirate to come to a mutual understanding with all the countries while paying heed to National and Islamic principles in order to elucidate the policy and stance of Islamic Emirate to the world.
One point which is quite painful for every one is that of civilian casualties, generally caused in fighting. As far as the enemy is concerned, they have veritably come here for the purpose of killing and torment but the Mujahideen have to take every step to protect the lives and wealth of ordinary people in accordance with their religious responsibility.
The common folk must also facilitate Mujahideen in averting civilian losses and sufferings. They should avoid moving in close proximity to Americans that patrol in villages and countryside and should actively put to practice the precautionary measures announced by Mujahideen so no harm will reach them during the impending attacks of the invaders.
As far as it is pertaining to Mujahideen then they should ward off future civilian casualties by vigorously implementing the following stipulations:
All the provincial governors should core in on civilian casualties and make it a point of focus to stop the name of Taliban being falsely utilized against victims in warning letters and phone calls. Routine investigations should be carried out in their related areas. Scholars should be employed every now and then to preach protection of civilian life, wealth and honor to Mujahideen and promote virtue. All those civilian casualties which are caused or are believed to be caused by Mujahideen should be reported to the superiors.
If civilian casualties are caused in IED strikes, martyrdom attacks and other operations but the Mujahideen of the area repudiate these allegations while all testimonials and evidence point otherwise then all the suspects should be forwarded to the legal offices. If it is irrefutably proven that the blood of innocent Muslims is spilled by the negligence of Mujahideen then a penalty should be implemented in accordance with Shariah after extensive investigation and all steps should be taken to seek the pardon and pleasure of the inheritors and affectee.
If the same officials persist in their neglectfulness in relation to civilian casualties then more Islamic penalties should be handed out in addition to his termination from post.
Related office and the Cultural Commission should also acquire information from various sources regarding civilian casualties caused by Mujahideen or unknown persons and forward them in written form to the acting authority every so often.
To end I once again extend my wholehearted felicitation on the occasion of Eid-ul-Odha to you and your families and ask Allah Almighty for your happiness and prosperity. I expect fear of Allah, unity and brotherhood from the Mujahideen in the strongholds. I call on the wealthy brothers not to forget the poverty-stricken, the disadvantaged and the orphans in these days and nights of sacrifice. I call on all the Muslims to take viable steps in these days of changes in the Islamic world for the benefit of Islam, unity and country by implementing all the Islamic principles. I advise all the Islamic and Jihadi movements in all corners of the world to be cautious of the plots of the enemies of Islam and detest from committing any act which is against or is skeptical in Islamic Law, will stain the image of Mujahideen and cause aversion amongst the populace.
May Allah Almighty turn our afflictions to happiness and help us in establishing a Peaceful, Free, Independent and Shariah-based government. Amen.
    The servant of Islam
    Amir-ul-Momineen
    Mullah Mohammad Omar Mujahid

Taliban’s fugitive leader Mullah Omar, who is rarely in touch with the media and even his own militant groups, has at the onset of Eid ul Adha issued a statement from his hideout to show his already demoralized militants and supporters that he is available to them. In his past messages, the fugitive leader would usually order his militants to continue terrorist attacks and fighting, but this year through his statement, he reveals his militants’ financial and military failures. For example, by addressing the creation of the local and government-backed police force in his statement, he acknowledges that these institutions have imposed an additional layer of complication for Taliban military operations. The statement also asks people to support the Taliban insurgency in the fight against Afghan and international security forces. The change in his tone is due to the fact that they have lost support among the local populace throughout the country. For example, we witnessed local populations standing up against the Taliban in Helmand, Kandahar, Nangarhar and Ghazni provinces, where Taliban fighters were beaten to death by local residents. In addition to the other messages, Mullah Omar did not forget the usual preaching of his violent ideology, which from the group’s inception has been to give out unjustified death sentences for every action against them. He once again warned Afghans to face Taliban judgment, if caught helping the Afghan government. In the past ten years, Afghanistan has made remarkable progress in the field of education. Afghans are more aware of their choices today than they were ten years ago. This phenomenon within the Afghan society has frightened the Taliban and their leaders; therefore, they chose to change their messaging by making false claims and statements. In his Eid message, Mullah Omar warns his fighters to avoid civilian casualties or face punishment. However, such claims are not new coming from the leadership of Taliban. They promised that they would look into the massacre of Kabul bank, but unfortunately, they have never responded to the people of Afghanistan and the families of the victims with the result of their investigation. Not long ago, dear readers, just a day after his statement was released, a suicide attack killed seven and wounded 15 innocent civilians in Baghlan province. These were innocent Afghan Muslims who were coming out of the mosque after the Eid prayers. And how does Mullah Omar justify the murder of 8 civilians who were killed today in Badghis province by Taliban’s bomb? http://taand.com/index.php?mod=artic...&article=29879

            Failure makes U.S run: Omar

Kabul: Taliban Supreme Commander Mullah Mohammad Omar Mujahid has claimed that the Americans confronting constant failure in Afghanistan were now looking for a safe exit.

US may hasten Afghan troop drawdown

The G-20 summit in Cannes exposed how the western leadership has been pushed to the brink. French President Nicolas Sarkozy hoped to display his leadership qualities by offering to host the G-20, but in the event the summit’s failure may stalk his re-election bid as president six months from now. Sarkozy has good company. George Papandreou, Silvio Berlusconi, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, David Cameron - they too face potentially dire political fallout from the euro zone crisis.
The impact on the Afghan situation can be serious. The war is going to be the last thing on the western leaders’ minds when their house is on fire. That leaves US President Barack Obama with a grim leadership role when his NATO allies gather for the May summit in Chicago.

Thus, the Wall Street Journal story with Washington dateline isn’t surprising - that the Administration is debating an early ’shift’ in the US troops’ role in Afghanistan from a combat mission to an ‘advisory role’ so that a ‘faster drawdown’ than by the envisaged end-2014 timeline is feasible.

Clearly, the objective is to keep the US troops out of harm’s way so that casualties are reduced and the political risks are minimised for Obama in an election year.

Of course, a decision of this nature can always be argued out in terms of the exigencies of the war - that the earlier the Afghan forces assume responsibility for security, the better, and so on. But it is essentially a decision to retreat - and, most important, it will be seen that way by the insurgents, and that perception will give them a sense of triumphalism and will steel their resolve to pitch for the victory that they already sense as within reach. The AFP’s analysis of the thinking to expedite the drawdown ends on a sombre note: “NATO has overseen a dramatic expansion of the [Afghan] security forces with the army set to grow to 195000 and the police to 157000 by October 2012. But out of 173 Afghan battalions, only one is designated by the Pentagon as able to operate independently from the US-led coalition.”

Already answered in full here... in fact your own military is funding Dr. Pape's work... it basically comes back to your presence being the issue.... so dont ask questions you know the answer to. We know that you were too dumb to do anything else productive in life and rely on this job of yours... so you have to reconcile the fact that you are a part of a sustained occupation with the fact that you props up murderers like Abdul Razzaq:

The US has lost. There is no confusion at all about this.

What is highly amusing is how noorzai and co spend hours upon hours analyzing what he says

An easy way to figure out who the defeated loser is by what they
Say: "his tone was this" "he continued to say this"

                    "his people are demoralized"

                    This is called projection

                    A dog who barks

Dear readers, part of the reason that Mr. Barakzai Abdali and his conspiracy theorist followers remain is that any evidence presented-- no matter how conclusive or convincing— is dismissed by claiming that it is part of a cover-up. There is ultimately no evidence that would satisfy most conspiracy theorists. Those who intentionally attempt to not understand the truth will use any excuse to support their beliefs, logical or illogical. Conspiracy theorists prefer complex mysteries over simple truths, and try to find mystery where none exists. Accusing a country that has fought and paid many of the sacrifices in the war against terrorism, of being the supporter of the same terrorism is an absurd allegation. What Mr. Barakzai Abdali fails to understand is that, 10 years ago, our nation was attacked by these terrorists, which killed more than 3000 innocent people belonging to different nationalities and religions. From the beginning of the war against terrorism, the U.S. has been one of the leading countries in this fight. Moreover, we have lost many men and women in this fight. With all these realities on the table, conspiracy theorists are still not convinced and continue to live in denial. Regarding the night operations, we have said this before; we understand the concerns regarding the jointly conducted night operations. Our commanders on the ground have been taking strong measures to avoid civilian casualties while conducting these night operations against insurgents. In fact, more than 80% of our night operations end up without a single shot being fired. We are also aware from experience that operations conducted at night are an essential component of counter insurgency, due to the fact that the most effective time for the insurgents to conduct their operations and movement is at night time. Our night operations often result in advantageous effects in disrupting and defeating some of the most dangerous insurgent groups. Most importantly dear readers, every night operation has an Afghan component integrated throughout the process, both in planning and approval and it is either partnered or, in most instances, they are conducted unilaterally by Afghans.

Dear readers we really touched a nerve here with Mr. Noorzai loooool.

Cover up? Who alleged cover. There is a difference between ignoring the evidence and covering it up. You just choose to do the former.

Conspiracy theories? Suuuure, the Central Intelligence Agency head of the Bin Ladin unit describes how these terrorist actions you describe were a result of your direct intervention in multiple countries around the world where it need not have been done. Is he a conspiracy theorist Mr. Noorzai???

CIA Bin Laden Chief Michael Scheuer: We were attacked because of our government - YouTube[/URL]

We were attacked and three thousand lives were lost because the US government couldnt keep its hands out of Iran, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. In fact, even my detractors here agree that your superiors intervened in central and south asia and created the mess the world is in currently.

Perhaps you ough to comment on the decades of blowback from all the world, such as in Chile when the Americans staged the coup that is OPEN source knowledge Mr. Noorzai, that led to the rise of the murderous Pinochet regime.

Regarding the Afghan Army, looool, what a laughable contention about its capabilities or even loyalty!!!

                          http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/...7A82KU20111109

You mean these ANA soldiers that shot three Australian soldiers just today???

All via reuters, that evil conspiracy blog!!! (sarcasm)

Or, regarding the Afghan Army's supposed "prowess"

                          http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/...TvJ_story.html

from the Washington Post, that bastion of conspiracy mongering from this year alone:

" At least one in seven Afghan soldiers walked off the job during the first six months of this year, according to statistics compiled by NATO that show an increase in desertion.
Between January and June, more than 24,000 soldiers walked off the job, more than twice as many as in the same period last year, according to the NATO statistics. In June alone, more than 5,000 soldiers deserted, nearly 3 percent of the 170,000-strong force."

                          http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/...TvJ_story.html

You see Noorzai, the difference between you and I is stark. This is not about arrogance, its about reality. You rely on Army hand outs and welfare checks. You did not have the innate intelligence or capabilities to become or to do anything other than be the bottom feeder that you are. Therefore, you have to defend your hand outs. We get it.

bottom line Noorzai, get a real job and a real skill so you can be your own man instead of licking the boot heels of your welfare check dispenser.

Dont go and kill many countless Afghans abroad simply because you were too dumb to do your homework in high school and college was a little too hard for you. So then you had to go and run off to your local Army recruitment center.

Your inferiority complex should not manifest itself by this goal to see others occupied. Instead, work against it (the inferiority complex).
