To those of you celebrating, let me just remind you, you cannot even comprehend how much sh!t will hit the fan now.
You may as well simultaneously hold a fatiha for the 100 year old British created country Afghanistan alongside Ustad Rabbanis fatiha.
Not even Nadir Khan, and the most treacherous amongst the long line of treachers, that you guys have produced, can save your British colonial product Afghanistan from a bloody upcoming civil war and final disintegration into two now!
The scent of freedom and khurasan has come, even if it takes the lives of all our resistance leaders, it’s a price worth paying...
You are wrong.
Daud Daud and Ahmad Wali both died because they supported war against their country.
There are no ethnocentric glasses with which a few secular treacherous folk see this issue.
Karzai, Daud Daud, Jan Khan, Rabbani are all equally treacherous individuals. There is no difference.
Within this Kabul construction, there is no Tajik, Pashtun, Hazara, Uzbek, or Muslim. There are only munafiqs and traitors- - in this kabul government minus those who do not fall in line with the others who have supported a decade of war upon the whole Afghan nation collectively.

Hmmm, you admire him for being a murderer, killing a fellow student at uni?
You admire him for being Khalqi before coming into contact with the Islamists?
You admire him for ordering the killing of hundreds of Afghan intellectuals, scholars and national figures on the order of the ISI in the 80ies?
You admire him for being a sell-out and having pacts with almost everyone including Satan himself?
What the hell is wrong with you, girl? The only constant is change.

no pain no gain. I said I don't like him as a politician. Take that away from him, you have a man of extremes. What is not to like about a man of extremes? Or a woman for that matter.Originally posted by Mostafa1919 View PostHmmm, you admire him for being a murderer, killing a fellow student at uni?

A man of extremes is an idiot because his religion that he takes as his own foundation preaches the middle path.
I can´t respect someone who has stabbed a fellow student after a verbal fight.
You can go ahead and do that.
The only constant is change.

Ustad Rabani was not violent as much as fahim and dostum.
He was scholer educated from al-azhar egypt.
innalelahi wa inna elaihai rajeon.
As a muslim and elderly person we should show some respect to him as he is no more.
When he was the president he failed to unite the nation . in recent years ustad was very close to pakistan. He work for peace in his last days.
He was ,nt a politicain either. He was better work as teacher in some islamic intstitute.
Rabani even a muslim scholer but was a tajik nationalist.
More then one time he said ,,afghanistan yak kishwaria farsizaban ast,,,,,,,
Once he said kuchi pashtuns are in small numbers just to say pashtun are not as much as they claim to be.
On another ocasion he said afghanistan is not belong to one ethnic group and was,nt wrong there but his approach was not right to get more rights for his people.
He owned a large piece of land near peshawar. He bought from one local landlord during his stay in peshawar.
His death will farther distablise the situation in afghanistan.
He was invited 2 years ago to islamabd where he met former isi chief durani of punjab .
He was made president in islam abad and sent to kabul.
This is how pakistan treat afghanistan and its leaders.
Ustad Rabani had close links with wali khan family of anp and was respected by peopele like mamod khan achakzai and other nationalists.
ISI might have some conection to his death.
We want peace for our pashtun brothers in afghanistan as they suffer alot and his death will farther bring violence.
I hope people from his ethnic background understand the importance of peace in afghanistan. They should not take his death as ethnic problem.
Many pashtun leaders like haji qadeer, abdul haque, mula dadullah, abdullah laghmani, wali karzai etc also died .
The death of tow pashtun leaders link to N/A but pashtuns never start ethnic war against tajiks.
After all these tow communities will live in the same country and land in peace.
The 4 most suspects for his deaths are
ISI
US
TALIBANS
and could be some elements in his own community to get him out of the way.
If dostum and fahim die people should celebrate but this old man work towards peace in his last days.

Fools,
Do not get more excited about this death than the death of Ahmad Wali. Treat both deaths as the same,. Whoever did this was not doing it to have Afghan/Pashtun nationalists throw a party because, well those so-called nationalists themselves ought to watch their own back for the treachery of their past and present.
In Afghanistan, it is not about Pashtun, Tajik, Uzbek, or Hazara.
this is about traitors, and traitors are everywhere from Hamid Karzai to Dadfar Spanta. Make no mistake, there is no distinction. Traitors see everything with the same eyes.
Ahmad Wali was a big beghairat who is burning in Hell Fire for all his crimes as was Daud Daud. These two **** rats supported the US war in full. Ahmad Wali actively assisted in the war in the South whereas Daud Daud did the same in the North.
Jan Khan, another little pimp, assisted the US war personally.
Now, the two little rats are Karzai and Spanta.Last edited by Guest; 09-20-2011, 01:27 PM.

Afghan peace council head Rabbani killed in attack

Emergency services responded quickly after the bomb blast
The chairman of the Afghan High Peace Council, Burhanuddin Rabbani, has been killed with several other people in a bomb attack in Kabul, officials say.
Mr Rabbani was killed at his home by a suicide attacker who officials suspect had concealed a bomb in his turban.
He was meeting members of the Taliban at the time. The council leads Afghan efforts to negotiate with the Taliban.
Mr Rabbani is a former president of Afghanistan and also led the main political opposition in the country.
A senior advisor to the peace council, Masoom Stanakzai, is also thought to have been seriously wounded in the attack.
Afghan President Hamid Karzai heard the news on his way to the US for the UN General Assembly in New York . He decided to cut short his visit and is now returning to Kabul. He briefly met US President Barack Obama.
'Special message'
Mr Rabbani's residence is in a prosperous district of Kabul, on the edge of a high security area close to the US embassy and the district where the Taliban launched a 20-hour attack last week, leaving 25 dead.
Continue reading the main story Burhanuddin Rabbani
- Senior figure in the mujahideen who fought against the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan in the 1980s
- President of Afghanistan from 1992 to 1996 and then again in 2001
- Senior member of the anti-Taliban Northern Alliance from 1996 to 2001
- Made leader of Peace Council constituted by Afghan President Hamid Karzai tasked with negotiating with the Taliban
The attack is likely to fuel concerns over security in the capital. Security forces have closed off a number of streets in the district and the police are out in force, reports say.
Speaking to the BBC's Bilal Sarwary in Kabul, counter-terrorism officials described the sequence of events leading up to the killing.
They said two Taliban commanders had come to meet Mr Rabbani. The two men arrived with Mr Stanakzai and as one of them went to embrace the former president, he detonated explosives concealed in his turban.
"No-one was checked. Shortly after that we heard an explosion. Everyone started shouting: 'They killed Ustaad Ustaad [a term of respect]'," a member of Mr Rabbani's household said.
One report from AFP news agency, also citing intelligence officials, says the two men arrived saying they had "special messages from the Taliban".
When the High Peace Council was set up in October 2010, Mr Karzai described it as the greatest hope for the Afghan people and called on the Taliban to seize the opportunity and help bring peace.
Mr Rabbani (centre) had been overseeing efforts to persuade the Taliban to give up arms
But many members of the council are former warlords who spent years fighting the Taliban and their inclusion led to doubts as to whether it could succeed in its mission.
He was ousted as president by the Taliban in 1996. After that he became the nominal head of the anti-Taliban Northern Alliance, made of mostly non-Pashtun ethnic groups.
When they swept back into Kabul, backed by US forces, and toppled the Taliban in 2001, he was still recognised by the UN as the official president of Afghanistan.
Series of assassinations
But he was a controversial figure who had many enemies, including the Taliban, the BBC's David Loyn in Kabul says. Many were surprised when Mr Rabbani was put in charge of peace talks.
In the 1970s it was Mr Rabbani who founded the parties that ended up becoming the Afghan mujahideen who took on the Russians and many blame him and his friends for the death and destruction of the civil war days.
Although people will mourn his violent death, there are also many who will celebrate it, our correspondent adds.
However, analysts say, his death will not necessarily prevent peace talks from continuing.
The killing is just the latest in a series of assassinations of senior politicians and security commanders across the country.
In July, President Karzai's brother Ahmed Wali Karzai was killed at his home in Kandahar, southern Afghanistan, by his own head of security. Two months earlier, General Daud Daud, the top police commander in northern Afghanistan was killed in a suicide bomb attack.
The Taliban have claimed responsibility for most of these killings

the abdullahs and salehs must be happy. he was a counterweight to the anti karzai northern nationalists who are against peace talks with the taliban. There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.
