Does Afghanistan have a copy of that agreement? If Yes, they better go to any international court/forum about it, if they are really serious in getting back their land.
how when there is War after War after War, once all this War stop they should look to get back their land and teach these Idiot their History and Culture, its soo stupid that a pashtun don't know nothing about themselfs.

I asked which clause of that agreement says that The land will be given back to Afghanistan?

And Yes let's have a refrundum? Why is ANP not doing it? Infact what took ANP so long to come into power as this was their prime slogan, the unity thing? The fact is that the majority of the Pakhtuns of the KPK are not interested and I don't think If even 10% of them would like to join back with Afghanistan?

Why you keep questioning the basis of this state?

I am talking about the initial referendum in 1947 that was the game changer. If we are going to be fair we need to look at that. Now to have another referendum, you need certain changes, more political freedom, more media, etc. Otherwise there are no guarantees of a fair referendum. Especially considering the policy for the past 60 years. To be honest the way things are going I doubt there will be a need for it, considering that Pakistan is digging its own grave. Allah u aalim.

            1. If a part of a country is separated under an agreement between two countries, and that separated part is considered as "free areas" where none of these countries have controle over, then it is clear to whom it belongs in the case one of the parties cease to exist.

            2. Pakistan is the successor state of British India regarding topics like territory and borders to the west and north.

            3. You constantly give numbers, percentages etc. to back-up your comments but do not provide us with information where you got that from.

            4. Large parts of communist Eastern Germany weren´t interested in uniting with West Germany, too, but the historical legitimacy was with Western Germany.
            The only constant is change.

First of all, kindly don't give me tough guy lectures on morality and ghairat. Everyone is a saint when they are online, it is face to face when all these things count. Second of all, don't attribute lies to me. Go to my posts, anyone and find out if I ever said I represent Pashtuns of Pashtunkhwa? Or Afghanistan? I speak for myself and what I believe is good for my people. How have I went against my "own"? Can you mention these times? Please show these lies to everyone...in fact start a new thread and compile them with context of the threads and let's see.

I have sat with Ministers and Humanitarian workers, regular people and they have nothing but love and solidarity for Pashtoons everywhere.

And let me add something else. Here in Kabul, there are many Pashtoons from Pakistan, working regular jobs and enjoying positive social contact with Afghans.

Che zama pa khabara mu zra khafa na shi rana, What Luffy said that the people of this forum treat the Pakhtuns of KPK or let me say those having a little bit of respect towards Pakistan in a bad manner and consider them worse than dogs.. Don't mind but before Shayesta, there was no moderator on the forum who would edit the posts of the members (favoring Afghanistan) and remove the ill words from their posts.

Same is the case over here, the Pakhtuns of Afghanistan are/were/will always be welcomed by Pakistan.. They are enjoying their lives over here in Pakistan and most of them let me say (70%) of them have got the Pakistani Identity Card. So we also have love for them.

All that I and Luffy are trying to say that If you want to blame us, blame us, If you want to criticize our policies you are more than welcome If you want to criticize our role you are free, atleast stop calling a whole nation, NAPAK, Dogs, Filthy, Dirty? What's with these words? Do you lack any logical arguments to counter us and are left with just these words, I think this is not the case than why you use these words.

Za Kha yam, You are referring to the initial refrundum so you now think that it was not free and fair? And that the voice of the people of this area was not heard? If you think so, than now its a very old bad news to cry on, let's move further

Today Alhamdulillah the media of Pakistan is true and free in many ways.

Pakistan digging its own grave, let's leave it to time, Pakistan certainly escaped before from much worst situations. I personally don't want Pakistan to collapse.. I want it to be a shining state on the face of the earth with more honest people as it's leaders/rulers.

Yaraa I don't agree with that. I think it has free reign on civilian administration but rarely on military or intelligence institutions. So I don't agree with that.

I don't remember these worse situations they escaped from? They lost the wars they tried to initiate and the last time the country had a civil war it was dismembered.

                              1) Unable to grab this point will you please elaborate?

                              2) So?

                              3) Yes, I do.. So which percentage troubled you? Are you unaware of the fact that the slogan of ANP 'Lar Aw Bar Yao Afghan' was rejected over the past 60 years by the Pakhtuns of Pakhtunkhwa? Do you need a percentage for it?

                              4) So than go back and wait for the time to come, as Afghanistan currently is in no condition to demand it's land back from Pakistan. So develop yourself in each and every field and let the people decide they want to come back to you!!

I have lived in and travelled a fair bit and the truth Shehbaz is that the world has a very poor opinion of Pakistan. What do you want me to do? Tape everyone's mouth?
