the NDS is the organization that feeds USNATO filth the intelligence on this. Basically, the whole night raid/ airstrike was to put fear into the Pashtun population of Afghanistan. We can all talk about unity, and yes, majority of Afghan are all about unity, but you have this filthy expat crap that entered Afghanistan with the filthy criminal foreigners, and all of them whether they are pashtun, tajik, uzbek, or hazara, are mostly into pocketing as much money as they can, and sowing ethnic discord.

Most of these cowards will be leaving soon

Anyone tied to the foreigners is just as guilty for all these war crimes.

    Words dont mean a thing.

I wonder how come the Moderators of Pashtun forums allow this to happen? I know this forum is a secular forum. So we can not appeal to Islamic principles.

But even a secularist wouldn't be such a coward to allow someone post stuff like this to provoke people and to hurt people's feelings.
He didn't say that the murder and humiliation of afghans is justified but that the NATO forces are just as bad as the taliban were. Whether this statement of his is true or not is different issue, so don't make strawman arguments here.

Speaking of which - what is so Islamic about the taliban? Chopping the hands of desperate starving children, cutting the lips of women with razors for wearing lipstick, flogging men into the mosque ...this is the way The Prophet peace be upon him brought Islam to the world? The word taliban is not synonymous with the word Islam so don't assume that criticism of Taliban is criticism of Islam... "secular forum" very funny.

emkhan is a wannabe ISI stooge who is probably too mentally and physically challenged to become a real ISI agent...so he is here to flame the paranoia of the rest of you as agent M. Khan of his fantasy would.

The rest of you like to think that its only pashtuns in Afghanistan that are suffering when in reality the whole of Afghanistan is suffering - it just happens that pashtuns are the majority - but you are all so ethnocentric and paranoid that you whole heartedly believe that farsiwan people are living in the lime light with the NATO forces. There are just as many pashtuns in bed with foreigners as there are farsiwan so let go of this "holier than thou" argument.

Even sadder still is that if the Taliban did control Afghanistan the majority of you wouldn't even go to an Afghanistan where television, internet and radio are banned - sports banned - and you get beard checked every 2 blocks by some whabbi who is too eager to flog you for not looking the same as him.

The discussions on this forum have grown stagnant - rather than think about what the future ought to be ...most of you are too busy rewriting the past...and some of you are gripped with paranoia...complaining to mods for not having your own special world view enforced on the rest. A forum is a place for discussing different points of view so that we can grow to understand each other - if you want to call that secularism - then so be it.

All false propaganda. It was the Taliban that arose out of chaos to stop the murders and rape committed by other fighting factions. Please watch the National Geographic documentary on this.

Taliban is an arabic word for student. Technically, if you are a University student, then you are a Talib in Arabic terms.

Pashtuns are mostly the only ones suffering. You are right, the whole of Afghanistan is suffering, but these murders of Afghans are occurring mostly in the South and East.

I assure you people would much rather have security and order under Sharia law than be killed in night raids/airstrikes every day, and have to bury their own children, rather than have their children bury them. They use depleted uranium in these bombs that they drop. Most Afghans want the foreigners out, regardless of who they are.

I dont know who you may be referring to, but as for me, I do not want to see Anti-Islam, Anti-Afghan, and Anti-Pashtun stuff posted. I do not want to see the support for violence against Afghans.

yes, 100% of those killed in Afghanistan and Pakistan are pashtun only and the ANA is comprised of 100% non pashtun and the only oppsition to the occupying forces have been 100% pashtuns. Also south and east of Afghanistan is 100% of Afghanistan. In fact the US has designed special bullets and bombs that can target ONLY pashtuns and spare non pashtuns. Some times the taliban suicide bomb and attack - but because they are killig only non pashtuns its hallal according to sharia. You are 100% correct.

now this is being silly, ok. Show me the US NATO/ANA is conducting night raids and airstrikes in the North or in areas with non-Pashtuns. Unfortunately, they seem to have moderately succeeded in sowing ethnic discord. No Afghan supports them, except the trash ones.

It is absurd to say that the Pashtuns are not facing the onslaught of this failed war of aggression against them with night raids and airstrikes.

All people are suffering. US-backed war lords commit crimes on all people, and dont discriminate. They use ethnocentric crap to keep the people they claim to represent blind.

A foreign lackey is a foreign lackey no matter if he is pashtun, tajik, uzbek, or hazara. Whether it is Karzai, Spanta, Saleh, or Atmar- they are all the same- criminals.

by now its more than evident that you are a closet anti Pasthun and your anti talib rhetoric is a cover just like its to many.

if you hate us cuz we are sunni than thats your problem.

at least you could be honest about it and not play taqiya with us.

no need for mockery ,you already did it to yourself defending that dajjal follower khomeini.

and its also clear that you back up other anti pashtuns and defend them since you cant man up to show your own bias towards pashtuns.

                        Alchemist,
What happened to your brilliance and spirituality?

Surely you can see that the Taliban are the only real people resisting.

No single individual is ever perfect, so no less will a large movement
do EVERYTHING RIGHT all of the time.

Mistakes and bad decisions are made by everyone.

But these are the only people who are fighting back -
unless maybe there's an underground Hazara movement that I never
heard about against the current occupation. There was certainly before during
the anti-Soviet times as we all know.

So what is the aversion to them based on for you?

I sincerely think everyone must pull together in this and generously
overlook any and all divides, spiritually and ideologically.

It's not like the Taliban are Communists or something totally
                        unable to deal with.

[Nato should be thinking like this too: after all, they are not
going to spread International Bolshevism from a base in Afghanistan
so what is so bad about them anyway? Just let them come back to power
and be fair to every nationality in Afghanistan IMPARTIALLY -
                        and Nato should abandon ship.]

Your comment about emkhan sounds too bitter !
He's a smart young man showing a lot of promise
Support him, don't make a snide remark.

You guys have to work together on major points of agreement
and try to overlook other disagreements.

I have a poster of Khomeini in my basement that I bought in Iran
during his time in power. I'm not saying he is my favorite --
but upon reflection I appreciate what good he did in getting the New World Order
players out of Iran....hopefully forever !
If it weren't for his steely will power, theywould have been right back
causing trouble for Afghanistan as well. Iran would have been the base
for the total subjugation of Afghanistan.

I've never been a supporter of the Taliban so if that makes me dim and nonspiritual then so be it.

There are three types of Taliban.

One type that is supported and funded by the CIA. They run the drug smuggling rings and they are all linked with the people of Paktia. Helmand is a narco state albeit being a front for "the war on terror" for ISAF. From an Islamic perspective, opium falls under the same category as Alcohol as it induces psychological and behaviour effects that are detrimental to the user, and just like alcohol, real Muslims are not allowed, by the decree of The Prophet (pbuh) to have a hand in the production, distribution, sell or trafficking of such substances. Yet most of the revenue for such "taliban" comes from the "protection" rings that they have set up. So this isn't some small "mistake" that keeps from being perfect angels, but far from it. From time to time this same faction also plots suicide bombings in market places and attacks government outposts to protect its drug supply routes. This faction of Taliban are no more than thugs and drug lords disguised as "mujahids". Right now the situation in Afghanistan is calm and spring offensive delayed because "the taliban" are busy harvesting the poppy crop for this year. It is a 3 billion dollar industry ..who do you think profits from it? Some underground hazara network?

Another type of Taliban is more heavily supported by the ISI and the arabs. This greater faction of Taliban were the same ones that gave Arabs and Pakistanies special privileges in Afghanistan. They don't have any "national" aspiration nor do they have any realistic goals. Under their rule from 1998 to 2001 you wouldn't have dared to travel to afghanistan as an unaccompanied female journalist. And if these jahils take control again people like your self would never go to Afghanistan. Now you can...despite the occupation and the turmoil. You could make the same ridiculous argument for the rule of Kim Jong Li. Sure North Koreans are dying of Starvation and have no freedom but crime is virtually non existent. The same could have been said for Saddam, sure he was a maniac but he put the words Allahu Akbar in the Iraqi Flag and even had a christain like Tariq Aziz in his cabinet. It is a matter of fact that during their rule this faction has adopted the views of the arab whabbies and the ISI and have put the interest of other nations before Afghanistan. This faction of the Taliban does not accept any other sect of Islam except that they should follow the same beliefs as the Salafies and whabbies of Saudi. In their eyes all other sects, shias or whatever are deviants and kafirs so their killing is permissible. Following this logic they find it easy to kill Afghans that serve in the current administration - people such as teachers, doctors, traffic officers, engineers or road worker - simply because they are "puppets".

A third faction of Taliban are actual mujahids whose sole objective is to route the occupying forces. I believe that the cause of this third faction is valid and justified. They have no malice or global ambitions of restoring a khilafa by sacrificing Afghanistan or anything like that. They can see the ill effects of the occupying forces and are not going out of their way to kill local police officers or have little children strapped with suicide vests.

"The Taliban" is not a monolithic organization. For sure there are people who used to work for the Taliban Government and are now working for the Karzai Administration. It is not a black and white issue but for small minded individuals it is easier to murk the boundaries and think of this situation in Afghanistan like some soccer contest where you cheer for Team A or else you are with Team B.

In any case...you have to have a pragmatic and realistic outlook for Afghanistan. Despite a slumping economy and despite hitting the "debt ceiling" the pentagon's power has not waned the least bit, so unless world war 4 breaks out and everything goes to hell, it is unlikely that NATO will pull out of AFghanistan before then. And if they do pull out, the Taliban will not be able to administer Afghanistan effectively...it is more likely that the taliban would hand over Afghanistan to PAkistan like they did for the arabs before.

haha, the US NATO have failed in Afghanistan, and are packing their bags. This is the truth.

American economy is in shambles. There is not going to be a blank check for a government full of filthy expats and crony criminal war lords who participate in the drug business. Why should US tax payer money go to filthy criminal drug lords/ ex pats. US taxpayers are fed up, and when they are fed up, they get their way.

There was only one group of people that stamped out crime and crushed the opium trade, and it was not the Northern Alliance or Karzai's government.

There is no need to put the crimes (drug dealing/ rape) of the fighting factions (Northern Alliance and others) on to the response to those crimes- the Taliban- this is not factual at all. It is in fact so far from the truth. Yes, the Taliban were extreme, but they did not deal drugs and rape women as the Northern Alliance and Ahmad Wali Karzai does.

you are taking a very and unfortunate ethnocentric perspective now.

There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

He did say that the massacre of Dashte Lailee was legal and moral since the victims were Pashtun. He never criticized NATO, he was defending them for their participation of the Massacre. Reread his posts and you will see the hatred in his heart for pashtuns, and it is him and you that are ethnocentric who think that Farsi is original and superior to any other language or culture. Maybe you should reread your posts as well.
