i think there is no taliban, its was an game of govt, before the musharaf there was no taliban, but affter the musharaf the taliban issue occur and they begin the operation,

It is interesting that many Taleban escaped the military operation in Swat and went underground escaping to Karachi, Middle East, and there are rumours that even to Europe and UK ().

i have heard there were no taliban in swat it was the paki Army who dressed in local clothing and there faces were always covered, one of the hostages taken by the taliban later released through a paki army general as the hostage was a relative of the general. the young man barely heard any pashto from his captors the languages spoken were either panjabi or arabic. he never saw a face of his captors.
