Answer me, is Jihad valid against the US today?

Actually yes I do; that's part of logical debate; because if it's not explicit; then you're speculating and that's a false premise.

I failed to answer your question because you keep using false premises; You assume your premises are automatically true and they aren't.

It would be like you asking me why I dont believe in Christmas when Santa is riding a slay . LOL

your premise is false, hence the question wouldnt be valid.

Islam will prevail, a promise made by the Creator of this universe:

[61:8] They desire to extinguish the light of Allah with the breath of their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, even if the disbelievers hate it.

[61:9] He it is Who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the Religion of truth, that He may cause it to prevail over all religions, even if those who associate partners with God hate it.

Defensive warfare enshrined within Sunni theological ideologies requires no caliphate to make the call for warfare. This has nothing to do with X being an American or someone being from Belgium and stating that simple fact. American policy and actions in the Muslim world has resulted in a nearly global conflageration based on the principles of defensive Islamic warfare.

The person you have to convince is that young Wazir or Ahmadzai Ghilzai or Commander Dauran (an Afghan insurgent) that activated hostilities in response to incursions of non Muslims onto Muslim territory. Defensive Islamic warfarecan sustain a breakdown in leadership. Once again, this is not me advocating, telling, or reprimanding someone for fighting or not. However, its a bit impracticle, irrespective of religion, for you to tell someone that they cannot fight an invader. I gaurantee you that folks in Arkansas would rise in utter and violent rebellion should a foreign army ever be station there. And the likelyhood would be the same Baptist pulpit based mobilization that made Americans unite against the "red menace."

            • Dr Najibullah was a true Afghan patriot that tried to mainatain Afghanistan's sovereignty with his life unlike the Jehadi savages/barbarians who pludered and conquered their own country for others and in the process killed millions of Afghans and caused millions more to flee and pass a life of humuliation and indignity on foreign land...After the fall of Dr Najib in 1992, Afghanistan truly became a fiefdom of topak salaran ...

When one crosses Attok, just two or three miles ahead to the right of road (on the Punjab side) and near the flour-traficking checkpost, there is a huge mansion owned by one Naeem Kochai who was a Taleb and an ISI agent...It had been given to him for his loyalty to Punjabistan.

                  • This principle was commented on by many:

"The first obligation after Iman is the repulsion of the enemy aggressor who assaults the religion and the worldly affairs". Ibn Taymia.

Sheikh Ibn Taymia says on this topic: "About the defensive jihad, which is repelling an aggressor, is the most tasking type of jihad. As agreed upon by everyone, it is obligatory to protect the religion and what is sacred. The fIrst obligation after Iman is the repulsion of the enemy aggressor who assaults the religion and the worldly affairs. There are no conditional requirements such as supplies or transport, rather he is fought with all immediate capability .The Ulama, our peers and others have spoken about this." Ibn Taymia supports his opinion of the absence of the requirement of transport in his reply to the judge who said: "If jihad becomes Fard Ayn upon the people ofa country, one of the requirements, in comparison to Hajj, is that one must have supplies and a ride if the distance is such that one shortens the prayer". Ibn Taymia said: "What the Judge has said in comparison to Hajj has not been stated before by anybody and is a weak argument. Jihad is obligatory because it is for the repulsion of the harm of the enemy, therefore it has priority over Hijr. For Hijr no transport is considered necessary. Of the jihads some take priority." It is furthered in a sahih hadith narrated by Ebaad Bin Asaamat that the Prophet (saw) said: "it is upon the Muslim to listen and obey in hardship and prosperity , in what he likes and dislikes, and even if he is not given his rights". Therefore, the pillar of the most important of obligations, is the marching forward in times of hardship as well as prosperity. As has been stated, contrary to Hajj, the obligation remains present in times of hardship. And this is in offensive jihad. So it is clear that defensive jihad carries a greater degree of obligation. To defend the sacred things and the religion from the aggressor is obligatory , as agreed upon by everyone. "The fIrst obligation after Iman is repulsion of the enemy aggressor who assaults the religion and the worldly affairs." Now we look at the opinions of the four Mathhabs who are all in agreement on this point.

There you go again. Why are you happy to live in a country that is slaughtering your people. You are so flawed when it comes to your numbers game.

Is 1 Pashtun life okay, but 1500000 is not?

One in the same; since Islam is about Justice. Qadiyanis need to stop thinking of Islam as a religion and more as a way of living and being.

Will talk to you later about it. I have to go to the wards... am on call tonight at the hospital. But as a physician I detest Najib resorting to killing because he flagrantly violated the hippocratic oath. The other issue that I have noted is that it is usually incompetent people in their own fields (engineers and doctors) that have to go purely into politics. The example of Howard Dean comes to mind. Folks like Ron Paul taht continue to practice and have long decorated career in medicine deserve the title doctor. In our areas, folks like Achekzai (a failed engineer) and Najib (a failed physician) are examples of this paradigm in action.
