They have been leaders of the Muslims true, but that was when they were as you would put it a "fundamentalist regime"; what do they offer now when they're trying to focus on the European Union?

what advances have/progress has turkey developed?

Well, they banned the hijab, kicked out the shalwar kameez. And are heavily racist to south Asians.

Im not endorsing it, but I am actually proud of your attempt to reach out and recognize our interdependence and commonalities.

and provide excellent prostitutes to israeli tourists.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

I didn't know about the racist part, I think racism against South Asians is very common, even amongst Afghans. Racism in general is a huge problem all over the Middle East and South/Central Asia.

Other than that I'm as of yet unaware of any meaningful advancements Turkey has made right now. Not that I am precluding them, maybe they can be good leaders, but it seems their interest is appeasing Europe right now.

Ok, Turks are not inevitable...and I don't see any other powers...Arabs are groaning under dictators and are least inclined to intellectual development ...and have a fundamentalist world-view unable to adjust in a technocenteric world...

                Iranians have the shia problem....

It would be a regional union based on interests and commonalities including a shared region...i have no illusions about a broader Muslim Empire looking at sectarian, cultural, political, economic divergence of interests between Muslim communities...i am cocksure an Arab would never follow a Turk or an Iranian...and so is true of Turks and Persians who have their own sense of superiority and identity and distinct interests...

any pan islamic alliance will fail at this point as our people have drifted away from each other even in this globalized world of today. any union right now would have to be based on purely economic reasons with a clear vision and strategy, we dont need to emulate worthless organizations such as the arab league, OIC, or saarc. nor can we emulate the EU or GCC because our demographics vary much more, as do ideologies, economy and various other factors.

in order to realize an eventual pan islamic union, we must first become economically dependent on each other, and for the betterment of the common man. as our economies get closer, so will people to people exchanges, cultural understanding, military alliances. as it was ego's that destroyed the power of the ummah years ago, we must not let egos dictate this union, it must be based on equal footing. no lead nations, and a nation like somalia would eventually have the same amount of say in the affairs of the union as a country like pakistan.

then the natural progression of an islamic union will take hold. this is not something that will happen over night, nor must we be naive in thinking for example that if mubarak falls, muslims will take over, and this will spread to other nations and we will somehow become a big strong caliphate. these are dreams, an eventual union will come with years of planning, economic interdependence, and cultural understanding.

Do you speak of this as researched fact or just intellectually lazy assumptions? (something ironic to your position i might add)

As for fundamentalist world view unable to adjust to a technocentric world, this would make Pashtoons and other ethnic groups in Central and South Asia more inclined to such approaches as well. Since most pashtoons reject such models of Falsely portrayed Intellectual Development and Technocracy. Similarly most Afghan Tajiks, most Balouch and most Kurds as well.
How many Kuchiyan have we seen doing Networking Systems Management?

One could almost argue that in so much as UAE , Saudi and Kuwait are concerned, regardless of their entire labor force being foreign, seem to embrace technocratic standards, I mean look at Dubai, it's a disgusting concrete disaster, just what technocrats adore. Yemeni Arabs however have the exact same culture as Pashtoons; we'd match up with them perfectly. They dont align with the Gulf Arabs much

Seems like this is poorly thought out on your part.

westerners have it wrong when they say democracies dont go to war with each other, rather its nations who have economic incentive to not go to war dont go to war with each other.

many naive people, especially on this forum are too caught up in notions of bravery and jihad and occupation, and all these buzz words without looking at the context of our situation and the world at whole.

we are fighting jihad with weapons which we didnt design because there was no educational structure or institutions for minds to develop, weapons which were massed produced in societies which developed them that had the economic means to do so which we couldnt dream of, and the training to use them because they had the institutional base in which to train for the usage of such weapons. yet these naive fools get a woody when they hear about some kaffir dying in afghanistan when it means absolutely nothing in the scheme of things.

the world has changed folks, its time to change with it, and become the masters. wars are not won with simple bravery and numbers anymore. imagine if pashtuns tried to take dehli today like we did countless times in the past, we would be slaughtered by just one bomber.

Pashtun will be slave again in that union.
I support the union of pashtunkhwa wa baluchistan.
In pashtun-baluch one country pashtun will be in majority.
We will get acces to the sea and could become a strong country.
Pashtuns and baluchis are tired and fed up with punjabi slavery and the union of pashtunkhwa wa baluchistan into one country will solve their problem forever.
The so called islamic union will be another mess.
Araba will impose their culture on us and the turks always look down on southasains.
So why would somone creat a union for racists?.
