presstv is as much biased towards Afghans and telling the truth any other news channels.what press tv is doing make sure that no news comes from Afghanistan which is critical of Iran.news such as Iran halting the oil tankers coming to Afghanistan which is used by Afghan civilians,or the kiling of Afghans at Iranian border,or that around 40000 Afghans are waiting to be executed in Iranian jail,or hoe they are treating the Sunni muslims in Iran.

u will find many of these types of news publications, the most popular being russian, chinese, and iranian these days. they will be against american actions while terrorizing the muslims in their own countries. dont be fooled by these kind of people.

As Afghas, we also have to playing politics. I think we are.

If you read any Chinese or Russian state run paper, they are pretty much saying US is finished in Afghanistan.

Even many in other western governments are complaining about why they should be a part of this losing group of individuals.

I'm not the one to make predictions, but look at our history.

Regional powers (China, Russia,Turkey, and Iran) have no interest in the US being there, and are working towards their failure.

Turkey and Iran have already said that this will only be resolved by regional powers.

Like the French defense minister said, Afghanistan is a trap.

A wise man that can see the the US and all those the US has forced to be there are in a trap. A trap with only one certain outcome.

Yes, iran is not a true friend of Afghanistan, but in this world on international politics, everyone acts in their own interest.

Right now several nations interests are in line with the interest of the Afghans, and this interest is against the US interest.

iran is saying this because iran wants to have a hand in Afghanistan and since the invaders are talking in the same sense tht Pakistan and Iran and other "regional" countries should be part of it is nothing more than handing over Afghanistan to these countries,like they did to Iraq.
Iraq is actually now pro Iran in their stance ,the invaders devided iraq in shia sunni and kurd but in reality kurds are also majority sunni.
the sunnis(arab) were left to be killed by Sadr militants.
do you know people were killed for being named aisha or omar or osman or abu bakr?do you know in Iran you wouldnt find someone named Omar and if someone's name is Omar he will be humaliated and abused by the shias.


i personally think Iran should have zero saying in what happens in Afghanistan and if Pakistan was invited to come aroun the table that might not be much problem since we have our people on that side and pakistan is a sunni country(even though it is in control of shias and qadiyani types).

iran is not only not our friend but has hand in destruction of Afghanistan in the past 30 years.

i saw on a documentary the last president of iran, i think it was, say that he offered to give the u.s. irani intelligence on the taliban in afghanistan but cheney told him to 'shove it'. the 'project for the new american century' seems to have had these invasions all plotted out since clinton.
