the hell with the taliban, we are sick of them and tired of talking about them.

Tell us about Albania, how the hell did you guys bury this islam in your backyard. I know some recent resurgence thanks to arabian petro dollars and new mosques popping up in Albania, but still they will have a long way to go.

I know in the vacume of religion some nostalgic pangs may be emerging, but brother take it from some one who has nothing to gain from your saddness or happiness, stay away from Islam-especially the salafi arabian one, it will kill your beautiful culture like it has ours. You guys have a long way to go following the collapse of the communist bloc but dont look east for salvation - look west and never give your destiny to others.

How does that affect the West...It affected only the daiughters and sisters of my area...the West doesn't care as long as the inbeciles don't extend their poisonous fangs to the civilized parts of the world. You still didn't answer my question; are you willing to live under their rule?

the talib cant come to the west and blow ppl up..so they do the next possible thing they blow up schools to irritate the west...

and yeah sure..im "willing" to live under thier rule..
So the first thing you should volutarily do is not to come to these forums where you interact with Na-Muharams. And by the way I have found you to be the most frank with male members here. That is haram in Islam.

But I know practically you can't do that. You can't go live in a barbaric system.

One thing more...Taleban can keep you in cave but in Swat we would not allow them keep our daughters and sisters deprived of education.

I am sure some do, as not all are bad...however unfortunately taliban basically in the 90s opened up Afghanistan as Pakistan's strategic backyard..something pakistanis were very proud about. Although now this very political game (they call cunning) is backfiring on them.

Taliban is a islamist movement created by ISI to keep Afghanistan controlled when their other proxies were going against Pakistan or were becoming uncontrollable.

That is all you need to know.

ahahahha when Muj took over kabul in 92...our home were near Habibia high school...this Mujahd was firing at school building and smashing the window and chairs...saying "mah Rosiah(Russia) ra kharab Mekonum." Now these people do the same thing...what i find worrisome are these ungrateful people in west...who enjoy western democracy, freedom and privilege are backing these retard sub-animals. The problem with our part of world is there are too many ignorant people who have strong opinion about things and stuff they don’t even know!

                          Who are the Taliban?

I watched a documentary the other day, and it went something like this:

A fresh group of American soldiers lead by a young charismatic commander are deployed to a region where their job is to protect government projects in a remote valley. The fight there between the insurgents and NATO/ISAF soldiers has been going on for some time. These guys replaced the previous ones. While there they receive fire every other day. A few days later the commander orders air and drone strikes in some of the hills. When they go to inspect the areas that were just bombed, they find that up to 10 or 15 civilians have been killed. Locals are collecting body parts, mostly dead children and women. The elders ask the ANA soldiers why were they bombed, and one of the elders tell the translator that if you can find a single Talib midst the dead, I will be happy and glad, but you will not find one. All you did is killed our families.

Realizing what the young commander had done, he calls on his superior. His superior comes down and gives a lengthy speech on why this happened and how to prevent it from happening...etc. etc. Gathered around are the men of the valley, most of them elderly men, with red, white, gray beards. You can see in their wet red eyes that they don't give a two shyt about what they are being told, what justification is given. From their dead expressions one can only guess whats boiling inside of them. This is something that the young commander who ordered the strikes realizes, and admits to it that the elders now want "Jihaad on us". Worried, they travel back, and while going back they know they are going to be attacked by the very people that they wanted to help. They are attacked, their soldiers are wounded and killed. During the ordeal, the young commander, who once referred to these people as the locals that needed his help, help he was willing to provide, he starts to refer to them as the "bad guys", i.e. "the bad guys came from there", "the Taliban came from there".

So, the locals of the valley, prior to the air strike were not the bad guys. After the drone strike, air strike, when their families were murdered, they decided to take revenge, and have now become the "bad guys" i.e. Taliban.

The transition from good local people into the Taliban happened just under one air strike.

...you ask who are these Taliban...? that for the past 10 years just don't die...carpet bomb after carpet bomb....drone strike after drone strike. Are these the one that are the agents of ISI, Bediouns, Pakis and Punjaabis...? Or are these the one that Karzai calls the "sons of the soil" who needs to be talked with, reasoned with. You know, the one that Karzai demands their homes not searched or attacked at night.

I don't know, but it seems this war creates more Taliban then it eliminates.

I agree, the Taliban are just the real muslims from the Khorasan area, who have taken up arms to defend their country, honor, religion, culture from foreign dominations and aggression, they are the most honorable and brave people the world has ever known. They have revived the real Islam in the world, after the ummah slept for many decaded under colonial rule and domination. This people have sacrificed and are still sacrificing themselves and their wealth in the path of Allah Almighty to defend Islam and the muslims from the filthy animalistic infidels who have attacked the muslim world for more than a century. They loot our wealth, install puppets in our governments, take away our resources and oppress our people. They don't want to see a strong and independent muslim state, rules by the shariah. Soon this crusaders and zionists will be defeated by these brave and courageous mujahideen and an islamic government will be installen, thereafter other muslim territories will be liberated and the occupiers and their proxies and puppets will be removed and destroyed. The victory is always in the end for the real believers who have put their trust in Allah (subhanna wa ta'allah) and who fight for a noble and good cause.

^ This is the side that the general public of the West needs to hear.

Maiwand, YOU should be interviewed by TV stations to explain it to the world!
You speak in a calm and reasonable manner.
Yet express these ideas very forcefully.

Some Americans would get the point if they watched this on a major news channel.

The ONLY tiny problem is: NO major news channel would ever allow their audiences to hear the unvarnished truth.

They only permit Israelis or American officials to explain the Taliban.
Same with interpreters of Iran's govt.

This approach is not only artificial but aimed at massive deception of the masses of the world.
